Have been trying for over a month to set up my business account so I can use BlockFi. It has been very slow frustrating process. Still waiting! I guess I will just have to use other services to invest in the crypto space.

I was waiting for my bonus to show up but it never did, I emailed the service team and they sorted out the issue immediately. Can’t fault them at all - great service and a great offering. Highly recommend!

I am pleased with every aspect of the products and services offered except for the fact that your interest rates keep falling. Linking bank account is much easier than other crypto currency sites.

I'm disappointed a substantial portion of my assets were sold due to a margin call. It only reached that LTV for a brief moment, and the ETH wasn't sold until much later in the day. In fact, I emailed you long after the drop in eth price, and the assets weren't sold yet, but right after my email they were sold. I can't help but feel like my email affected the decision. If the assets were sold when eth was at its lowest, I should have received notification sooner (immediately). If it was sold after that, it shouldn't have been sold because it below 80% LTV.

I added some collateral to see if it would work and it didn't. It sent the eth to an interest account.

I understand you need to protect your investors, but you could have done a better job protecting my assets too. Could have called, or something.

I also don't like how the original agreement is 35% LTV, but then you sold enough to bring it to 50%. That devestated my porfolio and ruins the reason why I took the loan in the first place.

Can't connect my bank account through the Plaid network. My bank is part of the network.

2. Really wish this wait for the CC didn't take so long

3. Plaid doesn't connect to my bank which is frustrating and forces me to buy on Coinbase Pro and transfer over - costing me twice as much in fees :(

Lowering interest rates recently was disappointing. But instant availability of funds and increasing deposits was great.

Customer service is great its the best out of any of the exchanges. The app is easy to use and very straight forward. The interest rates they pay are great and I also like how you can designate between a few different crypto interests that you can be paid in. No issues as far as sending and receiving crypto all my transactions were very smooth. So far the only issues that I have is that I cannot connect my Wells Fargo bank account. I can connect all my other banks but not Wells Fargo. Other then that I really like BlockFi.

After I received the feedback from BlockFi below on how to add my Wells Fargo it worked. Again, this reaffirms that their customer service is the best. As such, I have upgraded my review to 5 stars.

I'm not a huge Blockfi fan...got caught up with them when they accidentally put one million dollars in my crypto account....but this transaction from Coinbase to Blockfi went well. Easy to understand...and I especially like the confirmation emails at every step of the way...so if you screw up... you can stop it.
