The fact that you have fair pricing for very small nonprofits makes it possible for our organization to afford this software.

The program is user friendly and captures all the information needed. The email piece is also very easy to use and gives all the options making it very easy to put together.

The support, the ease of communication and the ease of use of Bloomerang have made our transition to the system a dream.

The product is intuitive and easy to use and the customer support is responsive, helpful and really listens. This was a good solution at a time when we needed some help and it's grown into being an invaluable tool for our team.

Regular updates to platform, amazing customer service, and ease of use

The Bloomerang rep. answered my question in great detail and did so within about 30 minutes of me asking a very cumbersome question. She helped solve our problem.

Bloomerang is very easy to use and the customer support is quick and thorough. The design is user friendly and intuitive. I love Bloomerang academy, and Bloomerang is constantly adding new features.

Overall Bloomerang has the features we need with the customer service answers to help us use the system well.

Cons
We cannot send email tax receipts to Household accounts because the total gifts from both spouses are not added together into one report for that household.

We usually can get quality answers to our questions, but it's also not uncommon to get a variety of answers for the same question. Thus, it can take a while to feel confident about how to move forward. The dashboard reports in theory are very helpful, but we've not always found them to provide 100% accurate data.

The complicated pricing and product options (and frequent changes to both) are not user- or customer-friendly. While on one hand, it's nice to have 'menu' items to choose from, on the other hand, it seems that other similar systems are including for no additional cost some of the add-on features that BL charges more for. And most of the add-on features are not cheap.

Also, we left eTapestry in part because that company was limiting the options with that system. When we chose Bloomerang, it seemed more 'open' and customizable. Right after we signed our agreement, Bloomerang payments were introduced, which seems to have been the beginning of a lot of other 'closed system' decisions that BL has made. And - they've added an additional monthly fee.

Bloomerang provides is an excellent CRM that helps our organization with creating accurate reports and groups for our donors.

I love Bloomerang's user-friendly dashboard. The reports are customizable the majority of the time. Support is always helpful if I need them.

The platform is pretty easy to learn. I wish that there was a way to simultaneously have a donor record open and also a communication (i.e., a letter or email). You have to toggle between one or the other.
