Incredibly negative experience. I ordered a piece of furniture, a month after the date it was supposed to be delivered the order was finally cancelled because the supplier raised a quality issue. Two weeks later, I got an email that finally it could be delivered (I had already received a replacement I bought on another website…). Then it took 3 months to get a refund, the customer service just stopped answering my emails - I got the refunds by scheduling an automated email to them sent every 5 min… AI can help you set this up if you’re ever in this situation - but best not to try and order elsewhere.

Very frustrating experience.
We ordered a sofa in November, and it was supposed to be delivered at the end of January. We are now in March and it still hasn’t been delivered.
Apparently there was a problem with the delivery company, but this is the only explanation we keep receiving. There has been no real update, no solution, and no sense of responsibility from the company.
Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.
The delivery was late.
The package arrived without the tools needed for assembly, which had to be sent separately.
Worse, the table itself arrived pre-assembled incorrectly, making it impossible to properly assemble, fix, or use.
Customer service does reply, but unfortunately they have offered no concrete solution and only keep saying they are waiting for the manufacturer. The process has dragged on with no progress.
It has now been over 3 months since the purchase, and I still have no resolution and cannot use the table at all.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

the 2 lamps were ordered on Nov 7th and they were delivered on Dec 16th, 3 weeks delay. Customer care responded promptly but did not offer any solutions.
The lamps are opaque, more of an ambient light, diffused and they cannot be used in the living room or in the kitchen. Disappointing.

I bought a lamp and it said it would arrive in 10 business days. It took more than twice that long, and when it arrived the color wasn't gold, it was an aged gold that only looked gold. I don't recommend it.

I recently ordered a coffee table, and although the delivery took a longer than the timeframe stated on the website, the experience overall was very good. The customer service team kept me informed throughout the process. When the table arrived, I was truly impressed by the craftsmanship and quality — it exceeded my expectations and was definitely worth the wait.

Marble jar with a lid was not properly wrapped. Over the jar they laid a bubble wrap and placed the lid over it. Instead of really wrapping the lid in the bubble wrap. Of course the lid arrived shattered in the package. Whoever wrapped the product has no clue.

I have ordered an expensive plant paying 500 CHF and once it got delivered it had multiple broken leafs, 6 torn leafs and 3 that almost fell off. After I reached out to Bloomingloft they never answered back and ignored my email. Terrible service and absolutely overrated.

They don't let you return items on sale even though they advertise the return period everywhere. This was not made clear at any point in the process.

Unfortunately it took extremely long time to have our order delivered. Customer service had no clue where our order was. Although we agreed on the phone to cancel the order in writing they replied like everything was normal and they did go ahead with sending it like we had never taken the discussion on the phone. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Horrible customer service. Horrible.

First of all, I would like this email to reach the higher level of management or ownership of Bloomingloft.ch - not the staff that responds to enquiries over the phone as that turned about to be an absolute waste of my customers time after calling about 5/6 times and be given false information each time , falls hope, negative experience and false advertisement all together.
I have made an order on the 3rd April with status of it being delivered to me within 20-30 working days (that should have been with me mid May latest). Shipping and delivery times is there to indicate if a customer is happy to wait for this long or not and that’s when they make a decision to purchase the product. I could have waited up to 30 days and so I did.
After the 30 days were out , I have phoned to ask 30 days are out where is my product ? I was told that I should count better the working days as there were holidays and that the product should be with you in the next week and with me in the next 2. After that I phoned again - to find out that there was something wrong with origin destination and they forgot to pack it but it won’t be much of a delay as they will load it on the next load. So we expect to have it an a week. A week later goes by I don’t have my products. I phone again and lady reassures me that they are receiving the delivery to the warehouse next week and from that point it will be 2 weeks for the delivery company to phone me to arrange a time slot. She said there is a queue and that at least the product is going to be with them soon.
Nothing happens after and weeks go by and we are now middle of June - same lady tells me that there is nothing they can do but to wait for the delivery company to contact me.
I received two similar emails from 12th June and 30th June confirming that the product is with you but had no contact from you or the delivery company that I’m receiving the product.
Your false advertisement is state of the art!!!
Every time I would call to ask for help and update your two staff a gentleman and a lady are trained to say: “its coming but you are welcome to cancel the order if you aren’t happy to wait for it” - HOW TONE DEATH! To say that to a customer that has been waiting for a huge piece of furniture for more than 90 days!!!
I called back again today - and the gentleman is so fed up with me calling or had a bad mood that he said nothing he can do or say just write an email to my boss - HOW PROFESSIONAL - that he called department and that the information he has is the same as what I have it’s in the warehouse.
Are you running a legit company where people receive their orders or not really !? Because your staff surely don’t know what they are talking about, your “department” is useless at giving updates and your staff is not trained to even answer an enquiry in the right manner.
Not to mention when I asked what email is best to use to make sure it is received by relevant department the gentleman said “info” and I said what about complaint and he said yes yes or complaint. YOU DONT HAVE COMPLAINT EMAIL ON WEBSITE.
If I don’t receive my product by this Friday I’m cancelling the order through my card provider and flagging it with them as fraud - taken the money and not delivered the product. No update that seems legitimate and no set date when product is arriving. Customer service gives false information and a run around to the customer. No product delivered.
Rest assured, this will also be a part of a public review so more people can make the right choice in not investing into your company or to waste their time with you and order from someone else that has better supplier communication, customer care and service delivery.
