I ordered a set of light bulbs to further improve my sleep. I've been using red light filters on my devices for months, but there was still some blue light coming from my light bulbs. Even the warm-toned ones. Now that I have these, everything has changed. I can feel my body gently calming down, and I can do anything in this light. I can see more than enough to take care of my dental hygiene in the evening and read in bed. I turn them on two hours before bedtime and couldn't be happier.

Glasses are really good quality. Sturdy frames and hinges. Prescription is perfect. I bought one pair and will be buying the full range for sure.

I believe that I’ve been blatantly ripped off by Bon Charge!

I’ve patiently waited to hear from them, as no confirmation of order from them for last 7 days?

I’ve emailed them 3 times so far and requested that they send me a receipt for the Infrared Sauna Blanket and the Red Light Face Mask, which I paid for in full last Friday - as well as paying for the 2-day delivery but they simply ignored my request.

I haven’t received any documentation at all that states that I’ve paid them except that they told me in a reply it was on its way about 5 days ago. An email takes a few minutes to send!

I did get one reply email from them that gave me a moody tracking link whereby there is zero movement of the product except to say that it was handed to the carrier - and that was 4 days ago and there’s been no movement since.

I believe that I’ve been scammed because they could have st least sent me some kind of receipt to say I’ve paid for it - yet they’ve been quick to bank my money.

I’ve been buying products online for twenty odd years and EVERY seller has sent me a receipt of payment - that’s why I know they’ve scammed me.

I have emailed them earlier this morning and requested that they now cancel the order and refund me in full - but they have not replied! No surprise there!

I must now open a dispute with PayPal.

I could have purchased this product or similar from many other sellers but I saw this being promoted on a YouTube video and so I guess he’s in on the swindle.

If I could, I’d give zero or minus stars for Bon Charge.

UPDATE: After the delay they came late by about a week and the sauna bag much later and not only did the both come with zero documentation or instructions but they sent me the Velcro version of the sauna bag when I paid nearly £40 extra for the zip up version.

Their link for returns is a fake link because it goes to a blank page.

They also wouldn’t cancel the order before I received them and while the sauna bag was in clearing and not even in transport!

They are an unscrupulous band of deceitful individuals.

I use the sauna blanket almost every day. I also use the red light while reading in bed at night.

I’ve purchased several Boncharge products including the red light night light, plug-in night lights, and the sauna blanket, and I’ve been really pleased with the overall experience.

I've had noticeable results in my skin and in my overall energy, between using the red light panel for my face/body and the Infrared blanket during the cold winter months. I will be buying more products in the future!

I bought the red light therapy blanket, the face mask and the neck red light device. All three products are excellent! Especially the matt.

I am planning to buy the infra red hat for better hair.

Very good quality and very realiable postage. I had mine shipped to the US. Unfortunately the products are more expensive in Germany. I dont know why.

Customer support is responding within Hours. I would defintely recommend Bon Charge for infra red devices.

Outstanding quality products at reasonable prices!

Bon Charge has the BEST blue blocking and red light products there are! I have been using their products for years, and my collection keeps growing. I use their blue blocker glasses, the red night lights, several of the red lamps around my apartment, and the red light bulbs. I have extras of most things and I use for travel also so I never have to be without them. Next I plan on trying their red light flashlight and red light clip for reading. I have highly recommended their products to family and friends. I love how Bon Charge makes the highest quality products and are continually adding new and innovative products. Truly a one stop shop for every lighting device you could ever want!

I’ve used the Boncharge Demi Red Light Therapy Device and Infrared PEMF Mat Demi for about a year. Using them together before bed has improved my sleep and helped me manage stress. I’ve also noticed that the Red Light Device often prevents cold sores from appearing when used at the first sign—always before applying any cream, which I use afterward for extra protection. If a cold sore does appear, it heals very quickly. I’m not sure if others have had the same experience, but I highly recommend these devices for better sleep and wellbeing.

I have been using the bon charge yellow light glasses and red light glasses for little bit over a year now. I absolutely love the yellow lights for my day job as i sit at a computer. I have noticed i feel a lot better, not tired as much, no headaches, oh and i wear contacts and i dont find my eyes to dry out like they used to. I definitely would recommended the yellow glasses for people who work at a desk and look at a screen all day. Definitely a life changer and don't get me wrong i take care of my body very well so what i said above doesn't mean the yellow lights fixed the dry eyes, but i will say it has helped ALOT, but just adding other factors do go into it as well. As for the red light glasses I have been wearing them when i go to bed or before i go to bed i also have the red light lightbulbs in my bedroom. I will say they definitely make me more tired which is great. I also will say that it makes my environment more calm and more relaxed and has helped with my circadian rhythm. I highly recommended giving the glasses a try and changing some of your lightbulbs i think it will help and be a start to changing your health. :)

I love my two Bon Charge lights and eye mask! I truly believe they've improved my sleeping habits in general which I regularly struggle with. I always bring the mask when traveling to ensure darkness as well as the red reading light. I use the small red clip light to read at bedtime or if I need to read upon awakening in the night. If I need more light my other light is an older version of the full spectrum light and I love that it just a simple tap away. I have given several gifts of other products as well as these and they are well recieved. Thank you!

The items I've purchased from this company are very good quality and have been functioning well. When I put the red light glasses on in the evening, I immediately feel more relaxed and it's been easier to fall asleep. It's a dramatic shift. I also love their low blue light bulbs, blue light blocking lamps, and night lights. The word that comes to mind is that this light feels much "friendlier" than standard harsh lighting. The red night lights give enough light for middle-of-the-night tasks.

Customer service has always been very prompt to respond via email, and helpful. One thing that surprised me was how expensive it was to mail some returns (glasses that didn't fit) back from Canada. Not the fault of this company, but something to keep in mind when considering the return option, depending on the country you live in.

This company truly stands behind their products. I had a problem with the small red light face wand not consistently working. Well I found out no problem at all. I emailed them and explained the problem. They simply asked for a video of the product not working. They did not waste any time sending me a new one. So thankful for that! I also had questions on different products so I email them. Always got a response within a reasonable time. I believe they really care about their customers and have excellent customer service!

I've purchased the Red Light face/neck/chest masks, the mini wand, and blue blocking glasses (clear, yellow, and red). These products are high quality! I have not been disappointed in anything I've bought from Bon Charge. My daughter has been using the face mask to help with her acne and has had good results (clearer skin). I cannot live without the blue blockers at night. I put them on an hour or 2 before bed to help me wind down.

I’m really enjoying my blanket

My product arrived very fast. I am very pleased with my Sauna blanket. It's easy to use and since I work from home it is very convenient. I don't sweat very easily but i can break a sweat if use my sauna blanket for more than 30 minutes.

Ive purchased a few things from Bon Charge. Ive loved everything. Quality is there, customer service is great and helpful.
