Hands down the worst customer service i have had. I came across Blue Tomato on the top cash back listed retailers. It was because of this I used them to purchase an £85 backpack in early December. I revived a confirmation email of purchase and then nothing for a couple weeks, only to be told it would take a little longer than expected. After another week I finally email asking for an update only to be told they were still waiting for a supplier. Having missed out on the December Christmas sales I asked if there would be any compensation for the delay and was given £10 voucher - which you can receive anyways for signing up to their newsletter. Still without any update or idea of what was going on i called their customer service phone line and was told they only placed an order from the supplier on the 5th January but I would be upgraded to special delivery. My bag finally arrived on the 19th of January, according to google maps I could have walked from house in the south of Wales to Austria in 15 days and 6 hours so not sure what was special about the delivery upgrade. And to top it off like many other customers I have come to discover- Blue Tomato have a long history of not honouring their top cash back contribution so not sure why they are still registered. Avoid this company and their shocking attitude towards their customers.
I have emailed you, and their are numerous emails with my order number and concerns, so I await your response to this matter.

Quick replies through email (I had some trouble with finding the items I wanted to buy), speaking to the point and very helpful.
Its my first deal with Blue Tomato - hope its not the last :)).

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Blue Tomato. I placed an order and paid for a product several weeks ago, but after 25 days, I received an email stating that the product is no longer available. This is completely unacceptable and unreliable.
Not only did I waste my time, but I also lost my vacation because of this delay, and the fact that I wasn’t informed earlier is frustrating. Furthermore, customer service was not helpful at all and did not provide any real solution to the issue.

Blue tomato has always been my GO TO store for everything I need! I love the huge VANS selection and I probably own every shirt they released. I have bought my snowboard boots and pants from there recently and the support was amazing they went through everything with the fit and support. Amazing store and nothing but positive experiences with them. I’ve returned items I’ve ordered online and never had issues with receiving my refund or any problems with returning orders. 5 stars for me!

Ordered on Dec 8th; two items in the same order. Delivery promised between 5 to 12 days. One item has arrived but the other 'still in transit' and no expected until at least Dec 23rd (15 days after ordering). The stuff is good, if you receive it, but just don't trust the delivery dates; it's drop-shipping (coming from different suppliers) rather than one warehouse.

I searched for a kendama krom pop for alot scrolled for hours until blue tomato came i got the kendama fast and it was original. I dont get how those people say 1 star when i got literally what i ordered and it wasnt even expensive even cheaper than the original krom site.i ordered another krom pop from them the blue one and im waiting for it

Genuine website, my orders arrived on time and everything went well. I returned what didn't fit and the process was really easy. didn't even need to print return label or pay for it.

Delivery wasn’t really fast, but that’s ok.
The shoes didn’t fit and returning them was expensive since they had to be send to Austria. The faqs state that you can exchange products in the stores, but that turned out to not be possible in my case.
So I paid a delivery fee as well as an expensive return fee while I would’ve liked the shoes in a different size.
Now I’m going to order them somewhere else.

Items are original and good prices with discounts, last shipping is cheap.

The selection on the homepage is quite big, order process and shipping work fine and gladly I received an E-Mail update about my delivery status as well. The product I ordered (a skateboard) arrived in perfect shape and I'm very satisfied with my new skateboard :)

The overall experience was great. The online shop is very well structured and they offer an insane amount of products and brands. I love the various discounts and sales as well as the uncomplicated checkout and shipment. I am also very satisfied with every product i've purchased up till now. The size guide is also a very neat feature

I really like the products there! The staff was very helpful and mentioned different possibilities for buying the shoes I wanted although they didn’t offer it in my size. The atmosphere in the shop and with the staff was super chill and good!
Although I found great Vans there, they had not as many models to try.
