Bad customer service

Wanted to order an item that didnt have the quantity I required in stock. Spoke to customer services about stock availability. Was told "because we don't sell a lot of that item we don't currently have it on order!!!!". I could have wanted 50. Terrible attitude in such challenging times...

I ordered 18-inch Oberton bass drivers…

I ordered 18-inch Oberton bass drivers from Blue Aran after hearing great things about the company, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. Upon receiving the drivers, I noticed damaged speaker terminals. Despite this being an issue straight out of the box, I was blamed for causing the damage myself.

Blue Aran accused me of having short leads and pulling them off, which is completely false. They also claimed it was "user error" and suggested I dropped the speakers. If that were the case, why isn’t the magnet chipped or smashed? It’s clear the damage didn’t occur due to mishandling on my part, yet they refused to take responsibility.

To make matters worse, their customer service is appalling. When I contacted them with photos of the issue, they accused me of causing the damage just because I held the speaker under my cabinet to test and install it. Testing and installing speakers is a normal part of the process—how else would you know if they work?

Their support team is unhelpful and unresponsive. I tried calling five times, but they don’t pick up the phone and rely solely on email, making it incredibly frustrating to resolve issues. It feels like they’re just a small operation running out of a garage or unit with no real focus on proper customer service.

Overall, this experience has left me feeling offended and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend Blue Aran to anyone looking for reliable products or decent customer support.

12 inch driver cone perished .

One of my 12 inch base driver cones had perished in my Jamo D 265 speakers.

So decided to replace them as a pair because I didn't think the other one would be too long before it met the same fate.

Decided to go with a brand I have used before to uprate a pair of speakers.

Pair of 400w Eminece speakers.

This time I went with a pair of BETA12A Eminece 2-8 ohm 12 inch 250w speakers.

Power wise like for like that they had replaced.

They fitted and sounded great.

Purchased them on Tue 29th Oct mid-day.

DPD dropped them off on my door step at 11.34am the following day.

Very well packaged.

Fantastic service from Blue Aran.

Highly recommend this company for your speaker needs.

Well done Blue Aran.

have used for over 10 years, always helpful over e-mail with what diaphragm will fit, etc.
ordered a diaphragm yesterday at 1:30pm ish, its now 12 the next day and its already been deliver, despite me not paying for next day! thanks very much guys, will continue to use you :)

I was recommendation to Blue Aran by a friend, I wasn't to sure on what I needed to buy to do the job but I had some speakers in mind but was recommendation better speaker for the job that I needed which worked out to cost me less.

After back and forth for a few month because I was indecisive on what I really wanted but the team arrange a demo for me to have a listen to the speakers which is where I made my decision.

In all the years I never had any company that went to this level of helping me decided on selection of equipments to be sure I got the right thing.

All I wanted is take less speakers with more power and that was achieve by far, they even when to the point of fitting the speakers with the box and all accessoriess which is a service the don't normally provide.

All in all if even I had to spend more money I will only get it from Blue Aran, grate team.

I've had lots of bits and bobs of these…

I've had lots of bits and bobs of these for some years and apart from one little glitch where an aftermarket part didn't fit the product, (item was collected and refunded without fuss); I've had good service. Well packed speakers and accessories, next day is reliable and prices are about the best.

Great products, great price, appalling customer service and closed during opening hours.

If all goes well then you've not got a problem but the measure of a company is how they handle things when they go wrong. Please be advised that they close the collection counter a long time before they publish their closing times and that they appear to have no interest in helping you even when at the counter during opening hours. As a long term customer of Bluearan it is very saddening to have experienced this complete lack of customer service. We have waited for nearly an hour in the hope that customer service may help but sadly they eventually advised us to return the following day with no guarantee they actually bother to open, but only after several messages, many of which during opening hours. Had it not been for years of previous custom with them I would now be wondering if they were an internet scam. I am now an extremely disappointed loyal business customer.

FANE SPEAKERS

Thank you for the speakers I ordered. they came promptly and well packaged.
I've fitted the new "Fane" speakers and they sound great!
Great value and service.
Will use "Blue Aran" again and recommend you to my friends.

Finally found what I was looking for

I couldn't track down an ancient Turbosound diaphragm anywhere in the uk, sent Bluearan a message, they knew which B+C diaphragm was an identical fit. I received it the next morning in the proper packaging. Courier comapny excelllent, gave a 1hr window which they held. I would recomment Bluearan to anyone.

This is how it should be done.

The full descriptions and tech specs on the site were very helpful. Website stock level indications were correct....and my goods arrived nicely packed the next morning. Courier service used was excellent (DPD) and gave me accurate delivery slot timings. The goods have been great so far...as expected. Shall definitely use again....excellent.

Good company, great prices

I ordered speakers and cables, then the cables were out of stock for 3 weeks and I had to call them a couple of times to get things moving. But then to make up for it they sent the speakers express courier at no extra charge, so that gets a thumbs-up from me. Would definitely shop here again.

Absolutely Fantastic

I have just purchased a new speaker from Blue Aran. The pre sales help and assistance was outstanding and very extensive. Prices were excellent and the sales, delivery (next day) and tracking process was seamless - they were even able to provide a 1 hour delivery slot - and they kept to it. I will definitely be recommending their company to.............. anyone that will listen really. Well done.
