A lovely holiday in an amazing apartment. First class quality, fantastic views. Easy reach (on foot) of both town and beach, so no worrying about parking.

Very happy with the accomodation and great location

We have used Bluechip for the last 6 years and have always received amazing service staying in beautiful properties.

This year the property we stayed in was the best yet, everything you could need.

Easy booking. Offered 7 nights for the price of 6 when phone booking as well.

First time I’ve booked through Blue Chip Holidays and the process couldn’t have been easier. Confirmation emails followed along with further emails saying when the balance of my holiday would be taken. Very efficient service.

The booking process is easy. Confirmation and further info arrives in timely manner. All details clearly set out. They respond quickly and positively to any correspondence you send for example is you have any issues.

Another fantastic holiday at Strawberryfield Park, which was booked through Blue Chip Holidays. The lodges are amazing, the park is peaceful and the booking process was easy and straightforward.

Very easy booking, great communication throughout the process and right up to the holiday.

Second bedroom did not have a window only a light tube although it was equipped with a fan this should have been made clear in the details.
Surprised there wasn't a welcome pack as seems normal these days. It was fortunate we had packed milk, bread and eggs.

However everything else was very good and we had a lovely relaxing holiday and would go again.

Absolutely amazing holiday and stay at Riviera Mews, the accommodation was wonderful and the views from the Living room and bedroom were fantastic would definately recommend Riviera Mews

We have used Blue Chip for a number of years, on this occasion the property we chose was 5 star platinum which, at over a £1000, you would expect it to be as stated. First impressions were favourable however on closer inspection, the door to downstairs toilet was coming off its hinges and had to be repaired before it would shut, also the light in this bathroom did not work, it was reported, we heard no more! All the blinds at the windows were damaged in some way, some wouldn't work. Door to the conservatory couldn't be used as it wouldn't shut properly. The handles to some of the bedroom furniture was missing and later found on windowsill. Approximately half a toilet roll was left for two toilets. The property didn't look as it if had been cleaned properly for several months. The window in the kitchen was very unstable, we didn't like to open it in case it fell off, not to mention the grease and filth smeared at the top of the windows. Dust and cobwebs were dangling from beneath the radiators and from ceiling corners & walls. Conservatory roof inside was filthy. Having used Blue Chip before we expected this to be immaculate as described when in fact we have had much better two and three star properties for less money. Quite frankly we feel cheated and ripped off.

Beautiful setting so peacful, and the views!! Wonderfullly peacful. Only 2 lodges at the moment on this site. Its just outside Newton Abbot where there is a 24 hour open Asda. The lodge is smart inside, nicely furnished. Wifi was good. My only grumble is NO HAIRDRYER!!! and the only mirror in the bathroom. No dressing table or chair to sit on, so my bits were scattered on a window ledge, and the cabinet in the bathroom. Scones, cream and jam were left for us with a small bottle of milk. Nice touch. Very comfy beds. Maybe the bigger 3 bed lodge with hot tub next door has all the missing things. Considering this is from the Platinum range I was at least expecting the basics.

the holiday apartment harbour view was excellent, could not be faulted.
However we were e mailed the wrong key code to enter the accommodation, that issue was easily solved when speaking to the manager on the telephone, who promptly answered. Other than that we had a lovely comfortable weeks stay. The view from the apartment was second to none, with all comforts of home. Thankyou, would definitely stay there again.,

Nice accommodation,but needs some (TLC).very noisy master bedroom floor(wakes everybody during the night with major squeaking noise).
outdoor furniture ,(good cleaning required-green with mold).
new toilet seats required(stained).
Television remotes require attention.
We are not posh people but these simple problems takes away the blue chip rating which we expected.
its a very remote property(lovely and quiet) but there is absolutely nothing to do apart from an occasional swim.
the road from Wadebridge is very narrow-to negotiate if your driving and a very long walk to town.
To conclude, been there,but would not revisit.
