Always good holidays booked with Blue Chip

The whole experience from booking the holiday to arriving at the apartment was simple. Every step of the process was communicated in good time and the details for the apartment and arrival were excellent.

Lovely lodges in a secluded setting.
Perfect for a peaceful return at then end of our day trips around Cornwall.
Hot tub on the balcony a real bonus and we spent every evening outside on the balcony looking out to the countryside .

I've booked through blue chip several times and they have always been excellent.

Bluechip Holidays are the most professional company to book your holiday with. Whichever way you contact them, they are fast, efficient, helpful and very polite. We just came back from our 3rd holiday with them and already booked again with them for next year. It’s a pleasure to do business with them, you can’t go wrong.

A great holiday however terrible experience with the company post holiday.

Thanks Blie Chip for your comment I am being chased for damages I did not cause and am not being supported at all by your company through this process.

The property itself is absolutely lovely, with fantastic views and facilities.

However, there were some downfalls:
- You cannot walk directly from the property to anywhere due to the very busy main road
- The property could really do with a thorough cleaning. We found dead flies/spiders and other insects in window sills and numerous cobwebs that have been there a while. These were easily wiped up. Also some of the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen were found to be dirty.
- The blinds were very dusty in some of the rooms.
- An outside parasol would be of benefit in this very hot weather
- There is no mirror in the main bedroom of any description and is really needed
- There are no bins in the bathrooms or bedrooms, which again are needed
- The dinner plates don't fit in the dishwasher, which was a shame.
- We left the dustbin out on Monday evening as instructed, together with the bottle box. The bin men only took the bottles. It appeared that all the other properties in the road used boxes. The correct way of disposing of rubbish needs to be investigated and correct instructions left for renters.

Good service from bluechip - easy website, good payment system, good communication and the accomodation was excellent.
