Incompetent doesn't come close

Blue Inc used to be my favourite clothing shop, when they had a physical branch in my town. Now that they're only online the service is terrible.
I ordered 4 tops, a pair of shorts and cargo trousers. Upon ordering I received an email saying estimated deliveryis 3-5 days and that I'd receive confirmation when my items have been shipped.
9 days had passed with no sign of my order, or even any further contact at all to let me know the status, I had zero means of knowing what was going on. On day 10 I got the shipping email, and HALF my order arrived a couple days later.
One of the tops fit well, another was far too small despite being the same size, then I receive an email saying that the other 2 tops will be refunded within 10 days, with ZERO explanation as to why. I'm still waiting on the cargo trousers, no telling when they'll arrive since I doubt they've been shipped yet.
Finally there's no way to contact the store apart from a single email address, which I contacted twice with no response.

Avoid at all costs

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Completely gone downhill after being revived during the pandemic. Order 2 pairs of jeans that never arrived. Didn't respond to emails, couldn't go in-house the shop for help. Had to ask my bank to treat this as fraud to recover the funds.

My wife worked for them for a while

My wife worked for them for a while, they failed to pay to pay her when the store closed .we took them to court and won but no sign of any money. Do not buy from them and do not work for them

Do not order!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed a big order on the 17th of December and paid for next day delivery. My order never arrived. After 4 weeks without my order and with various emails between myself and customer service I eventually asked for a full refund.

Placed an order October 4th, never arrived, received a refund. Was told item was definitely in stock beginning of November, placed second order November 11th still no delivery of item. TEN WEEKS no item! Report for fraud

Worst customer service Ballymena

I’m writing in regards to the Ballymena branch
I had the worst customer service experience the manger which has (red hair and glasses) was very nasty and had a major attitude from the minute she walked into the shop, I had purchased items for Christmas in the castle court branch and the manager Alison told me that any store had to honour a refund for items bought as their store was closed from the 4th of January.
We were told sale items can’t be refunded but EVERYTHING in blue inc is on SALE all year round…
The manger told me that they could not do a refund after 7 days which I find ridiculous especially over the Christmas and new year period. The company policy should be extended especially for the Christmas period.
I would not have someone like this being the full time manger of the store
We were left standing in the shop floor for 15 minutes as the manger had just nipped out to the shop leaving staff that haven’t got a clue (Erin)
She is not an asset to your team in which a manger should have professional mannerisms should be respectful in any scenario.
She was giving my parter very dirty looks and being very sharp because he had asked a simple question.
I shop here regularly but I will DEFINITELY NOT be a returning customer.
As someone who works in retail I can’t actually believe staff are allowed to behave like this.
Save your money and buy elsewhere as you can get better customer service elsewhere.

I found out why this store is always empty!

On the evening of 19/12/24, I bought a jacket as a Christmas present. When I was there, choosing the present, I felt uncomfortable because I saw that people were watching me. An unfriendly person came up to me and asked if I needed help and I said that I was just trying to find a Christmas present. I ended up buying the jacket I was looking at, because I felt pressured and wanted to show that I was just a shopper, not someone with bad intentions. Today, 02/01/25, my husband and I went back to the store to try to find something else because the jacket is made in China and the size was a bit different than expected. The other coats and jackets we looked at were also made in China and we couldn't find one that fit well and looked good. As we could not find another option we went to the desk to ask for a refund. The "manager" said that we only had 7 days for a refund, even though this was bought during the Christmas period and therefore would almost certainly be coming back after that, especially as we were away for Christmas. So even though Christmas was just a few days ago, there was no way around it, he did not give us the refund back onto our card. Unfortunately, we will be forced to return to the store with a "shopping voucher" and purchase a product we do not really want, in addition to having contact, once again, with this store that does not know how to be fair with customers (now ex-customers). How many people are complaining? And what is the importance of this for the company? None it seems.

Minus one star actually

Minus one star actually. Order placed 02/11/24 to date I have not received anything. Customer services state warehouse move caused issues with shipment etc, however no notification of this when ordering and they are still advertising they can ship in 3-5 days. Refund requested today - let’s see how long that takes!

Very Disappointing Experience

Do not use this company! Without doubt the most difficult to communicate with customer service I have ever (not) dealt with. After 3 weeks of waiting for my order, it arrived incomplete. I returned my goods as the order was no longer needed, and then it was returned as address not known (using the Blue Inc web site return address!).

Edgware Branch a Disgrace

Edgware branch continues to be a disgrace to the brand...and that's saying something... manager chatting to Broadwalk security friend in his language...ignoring customers queueing and waiting... laughing and joking with his pal... walks away from till to loom at some item still ignoring customer... as a doctor who regularly spends 3-500 in here a month on the children...will not be back again.... after numerous incidents like this have finally had enough.

Never received items

Placed order 1 week ago and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery....no updates have emailed numerous times no response. I will be speaking to my credit card provider for charge back....appalling service

Not pleased

Delivery time: 2 days (very good)
Item as per photo: the blue colour on the hoodie was much darker than what was presented on the photo.
Price: advertised on the website for £49.99 which is the price I paid, but a tag on the actual product with £19.99 on it. That's a big red flag for me.
Quality: OK for £19.99 but bad for £49.99.
I'm disappointed because this was a gift for my husband's bday.
I won't be buying anything again from Blue Inc.

Avoid this company if you ever need a refund

1 star is too much for customer service.
Supplied wrong item. I sent it back over 1 month ago with note and still no refund. Have sent various emails but all ignored.
No phone number to be found anywhere.
I think that tells you a lot about this company's tactics !
Will never use again.

Avoid *Blueinc* Merryhill

I visited the Blueinc men's fashion store yesterday 22/4/2024 at there Merry hill location, West midlands store. I was the only customer when I walked in. The elderly white woman on the tills started doing nasty coughs at me, & I noticed this, but she made me feel uncomfortable when I was simply shopping as a Customer. Even using the fitting rooms, her "cough" would start, paying & then leaving the store; again her *cough*. Another Asian customer was there, & another non white colleague. Instinctively, I felt a little underhanded suttle racism off her, there was no need for her Behavior. #true Avoid, in multi-cultural diverse Britain!
