Ordered over a year ago, i’ve written multiple emails asking what happend but no response, €65 down the drain, no refund, nothing.

Have ordered 4 hoodies and love them all! Good quality and such cute designs with fast shipping.

Never sent out my daughter’s order. When I emailed for tracking information, and to speak with someone about the order, I was ignored. 4 attempts at correspondence. Order never arrived. Do not order from this company.

I place a order for a hoodie on Noveber 9th and I still have not recived it and no shipment information has been provided. I sent a few email and I have not heard back. Please do not order you will get scammed

**Review of a Disappointing Hoodie**

I recently purchased a hoodie that I had high hopes for, but unfortunately, it fell short on multiple fronts. The first issue was — while soft at first, quickly pilled after just one wash, giving it a worn-out appearance.

Additionally, the stitching quality was subpar; I noticed several loose threads and an uneven hem, which is disappointing for a garment at this price point.
Overall, this hoodie was a letdown. I would not recommend it if you're looking for quality and comfort. It's a reminder that sometimes, what looks good online doesn't always translate to reality.
I have been contacting on Instagram, Mail, TikTok, and so on and still no replay! I’m so disappointed. I just wanted to support a small business. I would not buy from this business again, Don’t waste your money is such a scam!

I would give 0 stars If that was an option. When my daughters boyfriend was killed in a motor vehicle accident she ordered a drive safe someone loves you hoody. She etransfered payment and waited on that package to arrive, hopefully she could wear it to the memorial. She kept contacting to see where it was. No reply. Finally when it didn't show up for 3 weeks or more I contacted them. They replied saying there was a mistake with etransfer notification that indeed they received payment and would ship it immediately. It was never shipped. This was 6 months ago. So disappointing! I'd like our $85.63 back that they stole from us!

Never came, did not refund

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter January 3, 2024 it did not come. They did not answer my numerous emails. My daughter messaged through instagram they responded to her and asked for $16 more in shipping. We sent that and have still never receive the sweatshirt (it's June 11, have heard nothing). Would give 0 stars if possible.....SCAM!!!!!

It's a scam , ordered one 3 to 4 weeks ago wasn't delivered to my house, some address in the UK, tried to get in contact saying that wasn't the address I put. Blocked me on via insta and mail, do not order from here, they accept your money then don't give you your product and then they block you. How rude...

I ordered a hoodie on February 14, the money has been withdrawn but I have neither heard nor received my order. I have tried to contact bluejadefinds via email and on Instagram but without an answer.
