I do not speak Italian so my answer in english language. If the was a zero rate I would choose it. I am a new client. The instalation of the gas is not complete in my appartment because of covid. I live in Slovenia and I have not been in Italy for 16 months. Yet I receive and pay the bill for gas around 50,00 eur each month. For several months I have conversation with customer support service and still I did not receive the answer What yoru company needs to prove that ther is no consumption. They directed me to free number 800 996 060 which means that in several months they did not accept the fact that I live in Slovenia and that Italian free number is no good for me. I urege you to provide me with information how I prove to you that appartment is empty and there is no consumption of gas. I suggest that you send your agent who makes a transcript of the corret status of meter. I sencerely hope that someone will read this notice and act accordingly. Kind regards.
