I bought a pair of sunglasses for my husband two weeks ago and when I received them I discovered that they were wrong size for my fault. I contacted them and they solved the issue, I sent back the wrong ones and they send me the new ones.

I really appreciate this service.

Ordered glasses in mid October with a quoted shipping time of 5-9 days. Started chasing up after seeing nothing for two weeks and was given the same word-for-word cut and pasted response that was sent to other poor reviewers below.

After 4 weeks I asked for a refund, and was told that the manufacturers now have it in stock and was told "If we ask for it today, it can arrive in 5-9 days".

Excuse me?! Did they not order it from the manufacturer 4 weeks ago!

My money was finally refunded, but if you live in UK I would recommend going elsewhere, paying a little more and avoid the hassle of bluenty.com.

I bought a pair of Prada sunglasses in april, just ready for my travel to Santo Domingo. When I received them, they have the temple a bit opened, but I need them and I didn't return them. Las month I wrote to Bluenty about the issue with my sunglasses and they confirmed that I can return them and they will solve the issue. Today I just received a new pair of same Prada sunglasses, they are all new and I'm so happy!! Thank you for your service.

I bought a pair of Versace sunglasses from bluenty because they were the cheapest online. At the start they were fine but soon enough once I wore them a few times the black colour started to come off. The glasses came with a verification code for Versace which I checked and confirmed they were authentic, although I doubt this is true as the quality is so poor. I also sent several complaints to Bluenty about the quality to which they have ignored them, with no response to date. I strongly recommend not going with this website.

I placed an order for some Prada sunglasses on 29.08 - I chose Bluenty as this particular item was indicated on the website as 'in stock'.

A week later, having heard nothing and seeing that my order status was 'processing', I contacted them by email to query what this status meant and why, if the item was in stock, they hadn't shipped yet.
The following day I received an email response advising me that:

"Your glasses are suffering delayed shipment because they were in the manufacturing process. We hope to have them soon, but we have no specific date of arrival yet, once we receive will send it immediately by express carrier. We have made note of urgency to the manufacturer, so you can have your order as soon as possible."

Okay, so a reasonable response. But then nothing else for another 3 weeks. Plus I noted that the website was now indicating a lead-time of 5-9 days for the same item.... So on 30th September, nearly 6 weeks after placing the order, I contacted them again and requested that they cancelled my order and refunded the payment that they'd had for close to 6 weeks.

Whether I do in fact receive the refund, only time will tell. But frankly, a pretty poor piece of customer service. I won't use them again.

Ordered sunglasses from them took forever to come and poor quality asked to return as it was in the 30 days, They say they never recived them and now I have opened a dispute with Royal Mail, I will learn from my mistake please do not trust them. My Credit card company is also looking into the matter hopefully I'll get my money back don't waist yours avoid these scammers.

I bought a pair of Oakley at best price, product original and dispatched same day. Delivered 5 days later in Manchester by Parcelforce. I'll buy again, very happy!

I ordered a pair of men's Prada Sunglasses from Bluenty on 25th August 2016. There was a slight delay in receiving my order as Bluenty had to wait for delivery from their supplier. However when I emailed them requesting an update ,I was informed of the delay and given a new expected delivery date. The tracking service with their courier is fantastic and my sun glasses arrived in perfect condition, plus most importantly they are the genuine article!!! I would have no hesitation ordering with this company again.

I bought a pair of rayban sunglasses, they arrived within 2 weeks and as far as quality goes i am happy, however im suspicious that they are not genuine because of the cloth provided was really poor quailty and there was no sticker on the lens. Although the rest of the markings and etcinngs check out. I also contacted ray ban who confirmed that this company is not a known dealer of rayban dispite the company claiming to be.

My experience has been perfect with Bluenty. I need to buy new Bulgari sunglasses for my girl. The best price I found was cheaper than expected, I read the reviews of Bluenty in this page and some people talk about bad service, so I was not sure because my order was very important in price for me.
But finally I contacted them by email and I used PayPal to pay, finding the best service possible. They confirmed that my desired sunglasses will be delivered in 5 days, in time for the birthday. The same day the glasses were dispatched and I received a confirmation email. Four days later I received them into a cardboard box by Parcelforce in my Bristol address. The product was original with case, cloth and documentation, and my girl loves it!

So thank you, I'll use it again.

According to the website the glasses get dispatched between 5 and 9 days. After 11 days mine werent so i emailed them twice to cancel my order in both English and Spanish but they never replied. Instead, 2 days later i received an automatic email saying that my glasses had been dispatched. When i went to track them the tracking company told me they were never dispatched! They had just entered the info in the system! They are the most unprofessional company ever! They dont reply to any of my emails to cancel the order and now ive lost £90 and i have no sunglasses to take on vacation!!! SCAM

Best price I found for these glasses was bluenty, was skeptical but did my checks on the website and generally the responses were good so I took a punt, Delivery took about 10 days but when they arrived they were the genuine thing (I had been in sunglass hut only days earlier and asked to look at everything including case, other bits) and it matched perfectly.

The box was slightly damaged which I wasn't pleased about but I let that go.

The glasses though are excellent and I would use this company again, for me it does make sense to wait a little while and make a huge saving and now I have used them once and been happy with purchase I will use them again.

They may sell genuine products at a cheap price but it would not surprise me if these are merely rejects from original manufacturers as the Arnette sunglasses I received were poor quality and had an obvious defect. Once returned, I lost count of how many times I had to chase Bluenty customer services for a full refund. This has been ongoing for weeks and what’s more they have failed to reimburse me for postage costs despite the item being faulty, which has left me out of pocket (UK - Spain = not cheap). Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The only advice that I can give is pay a bit more, go with a reputable company and avoid the hassle.

I live in the UK and ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Although they took a couple of weeks to be delivered as they were coming from Spain, they provided a tracking number which allowed you to track the progress of your order. The sunglasses I ordered are genuine Ray Ban and I saved a lot of money through ordering with this company. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I ordered my Prada sunglasses and received them after 4 days.
They are like the one I saw in a shop, but much cheaper by bluenty.

They are trustful and the glasses come from Spain.

Purchased a pair of Persol aviators from Bluenty. Seventy odd Euros cheaper than my local sunglass chain shop. They did arrive a few days later than their advertised delivery time. I then ordered another pair of Persol 3132 sunglasses at saving of about seventy euros. Arrived yesterday within their advertised time frame. I have just ordered two pairs of Persol 3110 (different colours) and I will have to wait and see, but so far no complaints. I paid with PayPal. Sorry to hear that people are having problems but give them a chance.

I ordered from bluenty and after not recoeving a confirmation email straight away i panicked and googled the company. Only to met with bad reviews from that site that had me worrying that i had been scammed. However when i enquired with bluenty themselves i was given a response straight away and a simple explanation that it may be in my spam, which it was. Not only a confirmation but a tracking order which was updated everyday as to the where abouts of my parcel. I have now recieved the sunglasses which are impeccable in the time that was said. These bad reviews which made me worry also ruined a surprise for my husbands birthday as i told him about my panic. Bluenty were a great company to order from and will do in the future

I ordered a pair of glasses from Bluenty. After a two weeks I inquired where the glasses were. Bluenty advised to check with the carrier directly instead of them checking. I checked and they could not find the package. I requested Bluenty for immediate refund. They refused saying that the carrier was searching for them although I had a confirmation directly from them that was not the case and that they have declared them missing.

It has now been more than a month since I placed the order and weeks since I requested the refund and I still have not received the refund.

The customer service would also require several chasers before even responding to emails and there is no phone number on the website.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service of any online shop.

I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses from Bluenty, admittedly the cheapest price I could find them for on 13th May 2016. The order confirmation email stated that the order ships in 5 to 9 days. Today is the 6th July 2016, there has been no sunglasses or communication from Bluenty to explain why my order hasn’t been completed.

The saving in money isn’t worth the hassle. I wrote to Bluenty requesting that the cancel the order and refund my money. I contacted my credit card company to start proceedings to recover the money from Bluenty.

I personally would avoid Bluenty, but if you choose to get roped in by their cheap prices…always pay by credit not debit card!
