A Well Oiled Slick Efficient Company!
Excellent honest well run company based 75 miles or so from me up in Oswestry, been going years at least 2010 on digging around. They deserve a review on my experience.. It was exceptional from start to finish! Ordered Sunday 14th, hand & base rail along with classic rolling pin stair spindles to refurb my stairs.
Amazing website, easy to navigate, packed full of info/guides & helpful notes on products, great prices.
Painless ordering/paying, processed dispatched 15th with DX couriers here today 9am Wednesday 17th only paid £6 for std shipping on spindles. Very well packaged & protected.. no damage & quality is amazing! Had no email to say it was dispatched, just text 1.5 hours before delivery.. email arrived after delivery, not complaining.. could have even left factory today, lol! + plus run up to Christmas they may have been prioritising getting orders out before they shut on 19th Dec.
Also ordered Newel caps from their ebay clearance store same day and arrived by RM today!
