I've worked with Bluewave on a number of opportunities now and have found the team to be consistently helpful, very experienced and highly responsive to our recruitment needs.
I have also had the benefit of Emily and the team invariably going beyond the basics of role-filling i.e. in support of wider resourcing strategy within the projects on which we've worked together.

In this business it's really rare to find Recruiters/Partners, who are not running after you on a daily basis. Bluewave is one of the few, Agencies working with is not purely based on fast profit thinking. The Consultants we/I am working with, staffed via Bluewave are actually the only ones I have never heard complains from about payments and contracts. So keep the good reputation.

I dealt with Emily to begin with and John along the way. I found both of them to be thorough professional. They not only supported me on the recruitment side but on contract side as well incorporating most of my suggested amendments.
