We've had our blue whirlpool for almost 20 years we've enjoyed it My family's enjoyed it and now my grand-unions are a joying it thank you for bringing our family together and providing a great service for our family and others I have recommended y'all to several people thank you again

Scam- Stole my money

Scam, scam, scam. Paid $2500 for a pool that never showed up. They said they couldn't find the contract even though I sent the SIGNED CONTRACT to them several times. AT the end of the day I literally had to submit a dispute form through my bank. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

NO SHOWS!!!

I have called to schedule an appointment for a salesperson to come out and provide a quote to install a pool. NEVER showed up for all 4; this is unacceptable and very unprofessional, like our time doesn't matter. NEVER got a phone call, so I can only imagine how the installation or the rest of this non-communication will go!

Blue world pools did an amazing job

Blue world pools did an amazing job. My salesman Darius explained everything perfectly. Tyler my installer was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job installing my pool. It looks great. Everyone I’ve talked to has been super helpful.

I had an appointment for them to come…

I had an appointment for them to come out and I was going to get an above ground pool I was really looking forward to it so the girl came in we talked and then she went out and next thing I know there's a bunch of commotion she had brought her pitbull with her on the job which proceeded to Mall my poor cat I am very unhappy nobody offered anything especially least of all Blue world pools was very snotty told me that their employees were contractors and they weren't responsible well I'm sorry but I feel they are responsible they're the ones that sent her to my house they knew she had a dog with her what in the world how irresponsible is that

My Blue World Pool

My Blue World Pool was installed on 4/29/26, beautiful pool. Very pleased! But, I’ve taken the time to read many of the negative reviews about Blue World Pools, and honestly, a lot of them seem to come down to the misunderstanding what people agreed to.
Before committing to something like this, it’s extremely important to make sure you fully understand the loan, the pool specifications, and the terms of your contract. Don’t just say “yes” without knowing exactly what you’re signing up for then turn around and complain later… defaming this company because of something you agree to then later on change, your mind is not cool! It is imperative when you buy a swimming pool, you understand how to maintain it, and how to prevent damage will save you a lot of money and aggravation.
From the very beginning up to installation on 4/29/26, I made sure I knew what I was getting into. I asked questions every step of the way from sales, to financing, to installation and I got clear answers. Pleasant representatives. Because of that, my experience has been excellent.
I said yes to what I wanted and no to what I didn’t. It really is that simple. As far as interest rates, well has anyone seen their credit card interests 🤔😌 just saying, A little common sense goes a long way. Interest-rates are high with nearly everything we do these days and many yrs for that matter!
Bottom line, If you take the time to do your research, understand your contract, and ask the right questions, you’ll avoid a lot of the issues others seem to run into. A little effort upfront makes all the difference in the long run

BE HONEST WITH YOUR CLIENTS

I was very satisfied with the price, install, & customer service INITIALLY. They installed almost 2 weeks after I purchased which was great... I even upgraded the pool before the install because that's how satisfied I was. The trouble didn't come until AFTER the pool was installed... I advised EVERYONE that my house was on well water and they insisted that wouldn't be an issue but I was not able to utilize my pool for 5 months after installing because the water would not balance WHILE STILL PAYING $411 MONTHLY. I called EVERYDAY... Hardly got answers, couldn't get back in contact with the sales rep AT ALL, However the installer did his BEST to help us out after I constantly kept reaching out to him because he was the only one that I could get a hold of. After explaining to him we spent over $1500 on chemicals within 5 months trying to get the water to balance and turn the correct color & with a pipe leaking he got us in contact with someone. The pool was a dark swamp green color for months. When I finally did speak to someone from customer service they just sent me another starter pool package FREE OF CHARGE which was great however the machine, chemicals, nothing worked. They have always advised not to use chlorine but we were beginning not to have a choice. But I decided to hire a pool maintenance guy around month 6 which cost me another $200 initially just for him to balance the water which was a 2 week process and every since I hired him, he's been maintaining my pool once a week my pool has been in top notch condition and hasn't been green since. I don't even use the machine that's attached to the pool. We unplugged that and redid some piping. So if you have well water... This message is for you!!
