My experience has been very disappointing…
My experience has been very disappointing to say the least, I have been trading with the platform for 2 months and have paid the monthly subscription fee. And when I finally reached my 5% target my and requested for my 50% share of profit I was slapped with a 200 dollars for trading at odd hour accepting that bitter pill was not easy but rules are rules are can't complain even if the fine is outrageous.
I thought I had seen the worst, however an outrageous Claim was yet levied against me that I am guilty of group trading and hedging and I was fined 400 dollars. That's an outrageous Claim because I only have one account, I don't group trading not do I practice hedging, I wrote their support denying the accusations and ask for them to show proof of me group trading or practicing hedging as they showed proof I traded odd hours, but their reply was their assessment is final without a single proof they zapped 400 dollars from my profit removing a total of 600 dollars from a total sum of 625 leaving me with a meager 25. Till date I am still waiting for the proof of me being involved in this outrageous Claim but no proof till now.
While they have stipulated some rules there no clear fines for violating them on their site and they just slap you with whatever they like and cook up lies that you have broken one rule or another so as not to pay you when you reach your target. SCAM
I would definitely not recommend them to anyone as they are dubious

If you go through our socials, you will see testimonies of everyday traders like you who have withdrawn multiple times...two, five, ten, fifteen. Unfortunately, it is common behaviour to call the company, and even the whole industry, a scam when one does not get their desired result. To imagine that we have singled you out is wrong and thankfully you are honest enough to agree you were trading outside agreed hours.
Group trading and hedging does not mean having multiple accounts, it means collaborating with other account holders in your trading which is against the rules.

I paid for a subscription plan but its going to two days. No response and i can't login to my dashboard i've done all that i saw recommended on their discord but to no avail. The emails are unanswered. There are no telephone contacts on the website. Just improve on the customer care.

Please note that payment is not the only requirement to get started. After making payment, you are expected to upload Proof of Identity which must be a valid government issued ID, and Proof of Address which can be a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
You are yet to provide these documents for KYC verification. Kindly upload them and your proof of payment on to your dashboard.
Your emails are unanswered because we do not provide support via email and as such, we are not getting your emails. Support is available via the Ticketing System from your dashboard and on the appropriate language support channels on Discord.
Kindly reach out to the Admin in your language support group for further assistance.

Fact about Blufx
Leverage is very low but it doesn't fact. Fact is profit share is 50/50 and withdrawal target by each each 5%. Another things trader will pay monthly subscription but profit share and withdrawal 5% target it not suitable for me and i think most of people dislike it. Because i traded on tradercentral(Prime bridge) on their subscription plan. I think blufx will think it.

Just got funded 25K
Got funded on the very same day I sent the subscription for a US$25k account last January 4th this year. I would rate them 5 if not for the current issue that they are having but I do hope they can resolve it as soon as possible and finally trade the account before my subsciption expires this February since majority of their reviews are positive on almost all review platforms including profit withdrawals. Liquidity Issue, subscription renewal/refund
Found out about their liquidity issue only right after they took my USD159 fee. Now I've been seeing subscribers on their discord server getting automatically renewed even if they are still having issues. They do not provide proper info on when it will be restored just the usual "very soon" generic reply w/c is very irresponsible on their part for not having a specific timetable for subscribers to be aware of. Based on what I've read on their discord, this has been going on since early December last yr, if I could have known from the start I never would've send them anything. Do not auto renew any subscription until you have already fixed your damn issue and provide access for trading as stated in your contract.
