Graeme Howell… good bloke
Was a great course and Graeme Howell was awesome instructor I struggled a lot, purely because I didn’t revise as much as I needed to, course work and home study has never been a strong point of mine. But once I got started and got some good instruction on the 1st weekend I managed to pull it together and get Into a good routine.
Graeme offered a lot of help and had good ways of teaching to get me to understand.
One thing I will say is some of the online video material Didn’t go into as much depth as the book e.g the muscle structure. So maybe get someone to take a look at that.
Other then that it’s was good, well run, nice and professional.

Well worth it.
As an introduction to the fitness industry I can't recommend the BMF academy highly enough. The published course material goes into exhaustive detail and the provided tuition was top notch. Trainer Sarah went the extra mile to ensure everyone made it over the finish line.

I have had 3 courses with the BMF Academy now, I can honestly say the courses I took were excellent. The tutors knowledge is second to none, the lectures were delivered in a simple to understand way. Even outside of the course the tutors were on hand at any stage to help out where they could. I can't recommend BMF Academy enough. Just looking forward to see what other exciting courses they offer.
