Betrüger !!!

Vorsicht Betrüger !!!
Nimmt einen großen Bogen um diesen Autohändler.
Wir haben für 90000,-€ einen X5 (ungesehen) gekauft.
Das Fahrzeug war nicht wie angegeben ein Dienst bzw Jahreswagen sondern ein Sixt Mietfahrzeug. Das Haben wir natürlich erst erfahren nachdem wir schon bezahlt hatten, und die Fahrzeugpapiere zur Zulassung erhalten haben.
Bei der Abholung stand das Fahrzeug zu geparkt im letzten Eck der Halle.
Fahrzeug war nicht aufbereitet und stark verschmutzt (innen und außen).
In München angekommen bemerkten wir das 2 Felgen starkt beschädigt sind, die Frontstosstange unten verschrammt ist, der Innenraum stark abgenutzt ist, Bordmappe und Bordwerkzeug fehlen.
Abgeblich wurde der Service neu durchgeführt, jedoch mussten wir schon bei der Heimfahrt ca 350 Kilometer schon 1,5 liter Öl nachfüllen, der Service wurde auch nicht eingetragen, da es angeblich System Fehler bei der BMW AG gab. Er reagiert auf keine Anrufe, Mails, WhatsApp.
FINGER WEG VON DIESEM BETRÜGER !!!
