Came earlier than expected, and a great game (Skyjo). Cannot fault the service.

Appalling! I ordered 3 items in readiness for an upcoming birthday. A month in and the products had not reached me. Despite contacting the company several times and proposing any which way that we can accommodate resolving this - there was no resolution or refund made. Still chasing….
If you want to order, look for alternative retailers and there are several!

Great selection of games. The prices are very competitive, even with the high shipping cost (oil prices, not your fault). The games arrived in pristine condition and super fast. Will definitely order again!

Really poor customer service. Had an issue with an order and contacted Zatu by email. They were rude and dismissive, would not acknowledge they’d made a mistake. Definitely do not buy from them.

I've bought from these guys loads of times, but a couple of years ago it took them three weeks to send me an "in stock" copy of Ticket to Ride.

I figured I wouldn't use them again, but here I am.

This time I ordered For the Princess. It was listed as in stock and due to arrive by last Friday at the latest. Instead, it wasn't even dispatched until five days after that, and they sent it on a two-day courier.

I contacted them, but there was no apology or explanation for the delay, and no attempt to upgrade the shipping despite the order already being late. The response was basically, "Yeah, we've just posted it."

It's just a bit rubbish. If an item is listed as in stock, honour the delivery times. If you can't, don't advertise it as such. At the very least, acknowledge when you've made a mistake.

3 stars because, when they get it right, they're great. Just make sure they actually have the item in stock before you order, or you could be left waiting.

Best deal on the internet, could not be beaten.

I live in Brazil and bought a board game for the first time at Zatu Games. I couldn't be happier with my new board game, which was very difficult to find on the Internet. The tracking system is great - including the service in Brazil -, the total price was fair and the game box was well protected. Now it's time to enjoy playing. Thanks, Zatu Games!

Item took 3 weeks to get sent.

Throughout the entirety customer service were vague with timelines to resolve.

Second order in a week I'd had issues with, having used them tonnes before with no issues. Not sure if just unlucky, temporary issue, or signs of degrading quality in service.

The ordering process was fast and easy. Company provided excellent communications during the shipping process. For an item that had to go through US customs, it arrived quickly and with no issues.

Quick and easy experience, and got my parcel earlier than expected. There was a slight dent in one of the games but nothing too major.

Excellent company. Have always delivered products extremely quickly and in excellent condition.
