I rang Mark early on a Friday morning and he rang me back 10 minutes later.
It was no big deal, just interested in a second hand wing in the sale.
Mark could not have been more helpful, gave me the background to the kit and the sail was just as it was described when it arrived a day later.

Phoned boardworx to get advice regarding a repair I needed on a ripped wing . The person I spoke to gave me some great advice on how to carry out repair. I then ordered repair tape from boardworx which arrived within a couple of days . Repair went well using advice given and now happy to say that wing is looking good again . Thanks to Boardworx for great product and great advice . Would recommend this company for the product they supplied and their friendly helpful staff.

I phoned about a Paddle board on Friday at 2pm asking could I get this delivered on Monday as website had 3-5 days for delivery.I was advised to go on line to place order as this would speed up the transaction 45minutes later this had been packed and collected and delivered by 9.30am on the Monday.A great service and a great product at a great price you cannot go wrong using these guys thanks again .

I went to Board Worx to upgrade my beginner wingfoiling set up. The staff were brilliant, spending lots of time advising me on the best board and foil set up. The gear I bought had been amazing and helped me progress really quickly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The delivery company lost my order and told me I had to contact Board Worx - as I could make a claim from them.
Board Worx answered my e-mail within minutes and immediately resolved the issue send out a replacement. Exemplary customer service.

I brought a Red paddle board in February from this shop. I had a good experience with the member of staff who dealt with me . He answered all my questions and was very helpful and polite . The paddle board has been sitting in my hallway cupboard for 6 months in its rucksack waiting to be used as I've been out of the country for a few months .6 months old and I've not taking it out once . Crime I no haha
Well today i was up early. Jumped in the car off to Herne bay with my new board . Open the rucksack to finally roll my paddle board for the first time . And the pump hose is spilt .luckily I was only a few miles from the shop . The owner of the shop gives me a new pump hose straight away no questions asked . And I'm in the water 10 minutes later
. I'm Very happy with Boardworx sales and after sales service 1st class .

Very very very good customer service. Write an email to them and you get an answer, call them and someone answers the phone. Accurate delivery times are provided before you buy and if something isn’t in stock the accurate lead time is provided without any crafty tricks to take your money then inform you of a delay (my experience with some other companies).
