The boat is not looked after and NOT worth the money
The boat is very old and dodgy, not looked after and did not meet our expectations for the money we paid.
1. The website say that there is bluetooth and speaker on board,I also called and asked and it was confirmed that there is some sound system just not super strong- there was absolutely no bluetooth, any sort of sound system at all!!!
2. The ladder to climb in & out of the water was a cheap toy,it was way too short and wasn’t even secured to the boat properly. It made getting in & out of the deep water very challenging! And we were quite a fit group of gang.
3. The Bbq, was very dirty and 2 buttons of 4 was not working! There was no tray or anything where the oil would drain… to the floor??🤔
4. No first aid kit of any sorts on board whatsoever! One of the girl cut her toes while trying to climb out of the water on that doggy ladder and there was nothing to clean and cover it!
Poor customer care, or No customer care rather!!
Overall I would not recommend this company! You could get a better boat elsewhere for this price!
