Very terrible

Terrible. I have a AA degree in general education and been on boats for 35 years. It still took me 6hrs to get my license. And I barley passed.
They do not tell you the correct answers to any missed questions.
Redundant information in chapters.
The site froze on the 8th chapter made me re take the chapter. After I had to contact the company.
When I finished the course it gave me the wrong registration number. When your finished they fail to tell you,
You have to register on another site pay more money to get your license.
I had to jump thru hoops to finish.
I do not recommend this site to anyone.

The test questions at the end of lesson 3 were answered around lesson 8. There are misspellings throughout. Legal age limit set by US Coast Guard is any person UNDER 13 (i.e. 12 and younger) MUST wear a Personal Flotation Device (PFD). But the test states 13 and under making 13 the age at which a person must wear a PFD but the correct age is 12 and younger. The test covers the obscure at times and I'm convinced there are questions on the test whose answer was never covered in the reading material. The test has time constraints that you cannot continue until you've run out the clock of 3 or more minutes per screen/page, but some screens have a few paragraphs so you wait for 3 minutes to pass in order to proceed, while other screens are long with a lot of reading and information to absorb.

The process was easy for me when I had to take my original test as my safety course to be able to say safety for my customers. However, the eaves of the format that they laid out for my customers was perfect

Very useful overview of boating safety basics as well as broader issues such as environmental concerns and legal responsibilities. Good pointers regarding how to find additional information. (A few typographical errors still to be caught.)

But main concern about people who born before 1988
Any questions you asked them they don’t know answer!!!!Whats the point of exam people who born after 1988???

The course was pretty straight forward and In my opinion easy to follow. It was also great that at the end I was able to print my certificate of completion. Thank you

Great course with easy to understand terminology

Great resource that had clear examples and explanations of what you need to learn and understand safe boating practices.

Please take off the excruciating timer so that someone who reads fast or already knows all of the stuff can get through as quickly as desired. Thanks.

I found it extremely annoying to have to wait many minutes after I read a few short paragraphs before I could continue to the next section. I understand that you are trying to force people to read the information, but it took me 5 hours to complete the program because I was waiting and waiting for the time to elapse in each section.

It was good. It gave me all the information I needed for learning about boats and more.

This was a great boating experience I had no ideal about the safety part, well put together I'm glad I had a chance to take this test, now I'm somewhat prepared thanks a million for this study conducted million of us now will have the knowledge to make our water safe again thank to this class.
