Items missing, no contact or apology, ignored emails

Did not receive an item which was advertised as in-stock on the website.
No effort made by the company to contact me or apologise (even though they were aware the item was out of stock as it showed OOS on the delivery note inside the parcel)
They ignored my first email when I brought it to their attention, and only replied after repeated emails sent.
Refused to send out item that was missing.
I should not have ordered from a company that did not have any reviews.
