We received numerous pictures during the creation process keeping us up-to-date on the progress and any changes we requested were made. We paid for the quicker shipping time and it was well worth it. Ordered as a gift for my son's 18th birthday. After hearing nothing for almost 2 weeks I contacted customer support to enquire about the likelihood of receiving the item on time. I was met with a reply stating that they had contacted me a couple of days after purchase about details for the gift and then again with no reply from myself. They had also attached a copy of the sent e-mails ( which did not show my email address ). I had not received any of these messages and was then told that my item definitely wouldn't be here in time for my son's birthday. On the plus side I have been refunded but so disappointed as I could have ordered from anywhere else and had the gift on time😩
