Ordered the "plout, bonfire" and they sent me a tin can for about 2 Dollar, which has NOTHING to do with the product which was advertised on Instagram. THAT IS SCAM! First they offered 10 %, then 20 % discount.

Not 100% this is the same company, but it sounds like it. I bought a "fire pit" from a company called Plout. My Cc shows a charge from Keidson. Paid $59.17. I got a 6" diameter ashtray that's 2" tall. 100% false advertising. Still fighting for a refund of some type. They said to ship it back for $10. That's crazy! Most shippers want $60 or so and the range is $39.95 to $110.47. and then it's iffy if they will give me a refund. These guys are scum. buyer beware.

This company in one of its other iterations, onestuff.store, sold me a cheap keyboard that was supposed to mimic the keyboards of old and what arrived was something valued at $9.95 and I paid $59.95. I repeatedly tried to work directly with the seller on this issue and then resorted to PayPal and received the exact same return process email as all of the others in this trail and decided to let PayPal work through its investigative auspices to get me a full refund versus the 10%, 15% and 20% offered by this vendor. Caveat Emptor - stay away from them and don't believe a word they say. They use an office in Rosemead, CA to converse with you but everything is shipped from Guangdong China. Rip off of the first magnitude.

I ordered a Walabot wall scanner to be used with phone. Seller did not ship anything for several weeks. Then after goin through PayPal, they finally gave me a tracking number and the product arrived a few days later. Just like everyone here, I received a cheap knock off Stud finder. Product was shipped form Rosemead, CA. When I escalated to PayPal dispute, I've been asked to return the product to an address in China. The cost of return itself is very high. What a waste of time, energy and money.

Please file a dispute with your Credit Card company because they are not going to refund your money easily.

SCAM SCAM SCAM......ordered a wall scanner you use with your iphone. received a junky $10 stud finder. They offer a 10% refund and keep emailing that offer over and over when i keep saying they sent the wrong item and i want a Full Refund.

Exact same experience as EC noted below. I ordered this Walabot device and they sent me a cheap stud finder. I have been been trying to contact them to return my product but they do not respond or they sent me some fake tracking number. It has been going from past 5-6 weeks. Stay away from this site and tell your friends to do the same. I am not sure why FB even allows such companies without any track record to market products.

Same as other people here ordered a walabot scanner that works with smartphone and got a cheap stud finder complete scam tried to return only to be told £20 return fees plus return postage bla bla bla. I ordered a Type-writer like tablet keyboard that with taxes cost me 60 dollars! I got what was a cheap 10 dollar keyboard that looked NOTHING like what I ordered and they have a email that is not legit!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I am still trying to get my money back!

They tried to substitute a cheap product that was nothing like what I ordered and refuse to refund or ship the correct item. Complete scam.

Update: I filed a fraud case with my credit card, who refunded the full amount. Advise everyone else to do the same.

Buyer beware! I am still trying to figure if this is a legitimate online company or a total scam. I searched for a Walabot wall scanner. If you search their website it is listed as 19.99, but when you click to the item, the price jumps to 39.99. But this was not my problem! I ordered one and it was shipped from China which is fine. When I opened it, the scanner was nothing like what I had ordered, but a cheap stud finder I could have bought for ⅓ the price locally and didn't have to pay shipping.

I contacted "customer service", using the term very loosely, but I keep getting preformed response like: "We are very sorry to hear that the goods you received can not meet your satisfaction. As this product is our hot product and we received good feedbacks from many customers. In this case, we would like to issue a 10% refund of the product to you to satisfy you and you could keep the item. If you really don't want to keep it, you could send it to your friends or family as a gift or sell it to someone who like it."

I keep explaining to them I didn't get what I ordered and wanted my money back and then the response is you have to pay for the return shipping which will be over $20USD, even though it was not my fault. I have had over 20 emails exchanges but I keep getting canned responses, so there's clearly no one fluent in English who can adequately to respond intelligibly. So far I still haven't received a refund...
