I purchased Barrari Konsolbord from boboonline.dk, it was delivered with a small defect but their costumer service was very helpful and found a solution very quickly.
I will definitely shop there again!

Fake pictures on there site
I ordered two doormats and the actual doormats doesn’t even come close to the pictures the show on there site. Fake and I feel cheated

Accurate goods description, the shipment date was within 5 days counting from the order date, and it was communicated in a good manner. Their system kept me updated on order status regularly, the invoice was issued same day as the order was shipped.

Never received the product
Purchased a lamp on 10th of April witch expected delivery of 2-3weeks. Ever since then I received many emails from the company promissing the package will be delivered this/next week. Today, 14th of June, I received an email saying they are not able to deliver and that the provider discontinued the product.
I find this highly unprofessional and unreliable.
P.S.: found the same lamp within few minutes offered in another web shop.

Ending at a good note
Previously, I had an awful experience which I wrote here in Trustpilot. Through that process, they emailed me several explanations and apologies. I appreciate it a lot that part of the final apology is giving me a bit of refund to compensate for my time and experience. This is ultimately ending the experience with good customer service.

They also put efforts to find us a less expensive way of shipping, thus reducing costs for us.

Bought a Fabric Bed from Bobo and delivery was quick, and quality is also good. There was a part missing which they immediately sent. Overall, quite happy with the bed, can be recommeded :)
