Very friendly staff. Very good communication, over email and telephone. Had an issue with the delivery that took very long but they made sure to stay in touch and follow up with the delivery company.

I bought Liebherr Chest Freezer fom Bob's April / 2023.This was more than an excellent experience for me. I got an offer very quickly after my first contact to them and the delivery came very fast and as agreed detail by detail to my cottage in Finland. The sales people were very professional, kind and helpfull all the time. I am so happy with my new freezer. I will make deals with Bob's also in the future although the freight costs are quite high (my Liebherr model was not available in Finland).

While shipping and delivery of a washing machine from Hamburg to Italy went without any problem, still there was an electronic failure after a while. That's the point where you can notice the reliability of the company you are dealing with. So I use this path to express my gratitude for their excellent help.
I was very skeptical. But it has been proved wrong. I got good service on the web and the delivery arrived on time. And even though I'm from Denmark, I would like to trade again. Lots of +++++++.
