I placed an order online and realized the size was wrong. They were closed so I had to wait the next morning. Immediately called when they opened and advised them that the size was wrong. Lady said order already shipped. Impossible since the tracking info did not show up until 5 hours after. They were too lazy to stop shipment. I had to refuse shipment and eat the shipping cost. Immediately closed my account without hesitation. Goodbye Bobs!
