Not for me
I purchased the Ultimate Body 12-week fitness guide years ago, and have been trying to follow the guide on and off, having never made it past week 2 of the 4 week pre-training programme.
I had the guide in book format, which never worked for me. Maybe if I had the videos it would be a little better.
I found the stop start of seeing what was next in the work out session cumbersome. I live in a flat in an old building, and the jumping elements of the workouts were not feasible.
I have also recently realised that as a plus size woman, I found it didn't reflect my body. The book is full of photos of thin women (think Instagram fitness influencer) and not seeing my body shape represented in the guide made it feel inaccessible to me. I want to see people with my body type moving in ways that nourish them because it shows to me I can do the same.
I am making this review because I am done trying to follow this programme after years of on/off, and will find something suited for me.
