Terrible delivery and terrible customer service
I have attempted to order three items on separate occasions, on all occasions, the item never arrived, getting in touch with customer services is terrible, auto responses from AI bot that tell yous to go to customer services, took a week to get a response, on each occasion I got a refund but no way of getting a product delivered, rubbish customer service and delivery

I wouldn’t use them again!
They breached GDPR when they sent me a confirmation that my order had been deliver (I was chasing a lost order) on the order confirmation was the name and address of another person. It was like they had just pulled some random order that had been delivered to try and get out of giving me a refund for a lost parcel. All because they chose to use a substandard delivery Company.

I purchased 2 x 4kg tubs of shred…
I purchased 2 x 4kg tubs of shred protien. It was awful. I actually disposed of both tubd at £80 loss to me. The taste was discusting and the chemical smell and taste was over whelming. My son also said the same when he tried it. Money wasted. I will now go to my normal protien sourse. This product must be packed with fillers and chemicals .

poor customer service
confusing instructions regarding buy 1 get 1 free, when the package didn't arrive, I contacted customer services, and they basically told me to jog on .
The half that did arrive was open, and a load of protein powder had spilled everywhere

Terrible Packaging
(NOTE: this is a review of this company, not the quality of product received)
I've ordered from this site a few times, normally 4-5kg tubs of protein powder and every time its sealed with a single piece of sticky tape, sometimes no sticky tape at all!
Every. Single. Time. Powder everywhere!
They sometimes run good deals but it stops being a good deal when you loose half your product and you need to spend 20 mins on clean up.
This is a known issue too, I've seen many people with the same issue and this company has done absolutely nothing to fix it. You don't need a degree in logistics management to understand that 1 piece of flimsy sticky tape isn't going to stop 4-5kg being knocked about during delivery.
The only redeeming part is the "good" deals, otherwise this would be a one star review. Putting the packaging issues aside the site is okay but this makes for a terrible user experience

Cannot fault Bodybuilding Warehouse at all. The 4kg tubs of protein were already decent value and in a 2 for 1 promotion they're exceptional value. Yes you can buy higher quality elsewhere but at the price point I think they're unbeatable. Both tubs arrived neatly boxed with padding and totally intact. No spillage whatsoever
