Bought a custom steering wheel and asked for the stitching and strips to be a certain colour. Took 8 weeks to get it and then it wasn’t what I asked for. Told them I wasn’t happy and they told me to send it back and I would need to wait another 8 weeks for them to make it again. Sent it back, showed them the receipt and they said they weren’t paying for the return to sender. I asked for a refund and I only got the steering wheel money back and they stopped replying to my messages. They are very rude and unprofessional. Would NOT recommend unless you want your money to be wasted. I had a lot of friends wanting to buy from this company and because of this they’re all getting products from somewhere else.

I bought a rear bar from this place and after spending a lot of money on it and waiting months for it, it arrived and didn't fit at all, and in fact not even close. the panel shop guys said it was the worst fitting bar they had seen in their career (30 odd years each).
The supplier said that it just needed "some sanding and cutting" i.e. bodging up. I said this to the panel shop and they laughed and said that the width dimensions and fixing points were completely wrong and the only way to get it close would be to cut and remodel the bar virtually completely which would weaken the bar and it would most probably fail in a matter of months.
Given this information (which I conveyed to the supplier along with photos) I asked for a refund as the product was unacceptable. I was told that they/he wouldn't give a refund "based just on photos" and they had a "network of people in NSW to rectify (bodge) the bar". I told them that this bodging up of the fibreglass wasn't acceptable for the reasons given previously and that only a full refund would be acceptable. After being told no I notified them that I would be going to Fair trading and no contact has been made by the supplier since that email although I have emailed a number of times since to try and resolve the issue. The matter is now with QLD fair trading who are following up.
