This is the second time I tried…
This is the second time I tried ordering from you.
The first time was at a "black Friday deal" and the order never came. After talking to customer service they gave me a 30% voucher but when i said that I bought ot at a discount they said the product wasn't discounted that was the actual price, this is not legal and falls under mal marketing practices in the EU.
Now I try to give you a second chance and I haven't received anything again. Therefore, I will have to report your company to the KVK as well as the consimentenbond about your business practices.
