I just received my package and unfortunately one of the products was broken and partially overturned ...

I have photos if you desire...

I never received the item. DHL said that they delivered the item to another house, but on that house they said that they dont have nothing for me. I dont know why they would deliver to another adress, even if i m not home. I lost both my money and my producf

Product with good and enough date of expiration. Not so fast shipment, as it could be better.

Fast delivery , products not tasted yet

The product i ordert was damaged the opening was open and all the stuff inside was out the box

The weight gainer came opened up and the box was full of powder. The seal was half on and now the powder container won’t close.

For the first time my order is not delivered at my home nor at my neighbours. Instead it was half hidden behind my waste bin. Why??
Why not leave it at another address and leave a note?

Wel 1 star less because the customer service does not react. It takes a bit before the product arrives, but that is perfectly acceptable. The product is Good. GMO free erythril. The price is very good.

They say Package has been delivered, but probably not for me, I cant find it anywhere.

why waste so much packaging material?
I am satisfied with the products. But Bodylab now has a new packaging line. Looks pretty cool. It's nice that the vitamin pills are not packed individually. But filling a container for only 10%? Can't that be different? And less environmentally harmful?

I've ordered 5 boxes and only received 3.
I've replayed the invoice e-mail with this remark but I haven't had any answer.

Products ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday. Well packed and correct quantity and products (of course). Happy!

I did order 4 products and they came in 4 different boxes!!! With just 1 track and tracé code because i wasn’t at home at the time of delivery i asked to deliver my package at the pick up point only 1 package was delivered at the pick up point the other 3 were delivered at my neighbours. This is the worse delivery ever

Quick, normal price. Can recommend. I will come back.

Fast delivery according to plan, fair price

Didn’t receive a note where it has been delivered . Still don’t have the package

I found the package right in front of my front door in full sight and completely drenched. From 3 meters away I could smell a strong watermelon-like scent. The package was leaking a sludge which was a mixture of both pre-workout and rain. When i picked up the package the box pretty much fell apart. When i opened it up I could tell 1 of the containers of pre-workout lost it’s lid, as a result of rough handling. This caused it to lose pretty much all it’s content. I took pictures of the box and it’s contents as proof of this review and my experience.
I am really sad to have to report this because i have been a happy customer of bodylab for several years and never had anything remotely close to this happen to my order. I hope this complaint reaches you well and get’s the follow-up it deserves.
