Placed an order money taken ! And nothing. No communication of confirmation of order. Not able to gain a response to emails through either UK or USA sites. Phone numbers on internet are either don't exist or are for another company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
I placed an order for some spare parts from BodySolidUK back in 2024 and paid in full. As of today, I’m still waiting for the complete order to arrive. The lack of communication throughout this entire process has been absolutely shocking—emails and messages go unanswered, and there’s been no proactive update or explanation.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected far better from a company operating in the fitness equipment space. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Body Solid UK to anyone. Avoid if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
Beware of these scammers, they claim to be official Body Solid UK distributors, but after contacting Body Solid US they told me they are just scammers. Bought a multigym from them and they refuse to honour any warranty.
I purchased a lat pulldown from fitness superstore bodysolid GLM83 PRO. On ordering replacement cable sets on 2 occasions both sets are un compatible with my machine. After many emails & telephone conversations the service department told me they are unable to supply my cables ( at a cost of almost £200 ). The reason being a mix up in there warehouse & cables not being kept in correct locations? They sent me a cable again that wasn't suitable. Infact I could purchase a better cable from amazon for £14.99? I still have no response from the service team? This is frustrating & I will be taking this up with fitness superstore as they are still selling these machines? I cannot be the only person experiencing this? In summary. My experience has been expensive & I still am without a lat pulldown machine. 😡
