Börner V5 Powerline multilplate and multimaker.
Our Son bought my Wife the V5 poweline mandolin with accessories. "Multimaker and multiplate set"
When the set arrived it was missing the multiplate item. My Son emailed Börner within 24 hours of receiving the set to ask for the item to be supplied to us as it was missing from the set we bought. He recieved no reply despite emailing 3 times in December 2025 and weekly in January and February 2026. As of yet he has STILL not recieved any reply. We have not recieved a multiplate that we paid for with the set we bought. Very poor customer service( non existant)
