I had a very bad experience with them. First i spoke with the accountant Kurt and we agree on price. We start our collaboration and then start the problems.
First he opened our Aps. company, we deposit 40000 danish crowns( the amount to open a Aps company) on his account + 4500 kr. for his work . There was some problem with the registrering and nemID, and i start to call them.
After that I got a huge bill with other prices beside the one which i already paid for. We decide to don´t use him in the future for our company. We did opened also our bank account and we ask back for the 40000 Kr. ( the deposit ) the they continue to send invoices until the amount is reached 40000 Kr. and they dont want to give back nothing even if we had another agrement.
Beside this when we call the company we can not talk any more with accountant, only with the guy from the desk who it is very arogant.
The story it is very long, but I tried to make a summary.
If you are more person in this situation like us, we would like to contact me and maybe we can start a case agains them.....
