It took 12 days to be delivered then I had 4 days to pick it up before it was returned with no option to delay pick up - was meant to be sent to a locker - was sent to a shop !

Nice products and cool service
I were fall in love with the shape of the Gingko earring and fall il love again with the customer service. I was really surprised when received the package, it's cute from outside to inside and smell good. Little candy go with is a good idea but sweet tastes perfume is hmmm...You could think about other gifts.

For some reason my order never made it…
For some reason my order never made it out to me. It was returned to Bohm. When I asked Bohm to explain what happened, I did not get a response that explained anything. Will I be getting it sent out to me again? What was the reason it got sent back? Will I be getting a refund?
