Well, ive been abit of a pain in the bum with constant having to message customer service, due to my delivery being delivered to the wrong house (which they were happy to send out another order no extra charge) luckily retrieved the order. Having to send items back, what i thought was a missing item (my error) now sending this item to me free of charge. Resolved all my issues without a problem, used to be a different companies regular customer but now converted to Bohomoon. 5 star review!!!

Absolutely love Bohomoon. I love every piece I've got and wear them 24/7 without taking them off and they still look great despite sun, sea and sweaty steam rooms.

Above and beyond service - I am in utter disbelief in the service Kelly provided with my lost order. Not only did she respond with urgency to my emails, but she was extremely thorough and helped me get a replacement order sent without stress free. Shouts out to you Kelly!

Since I’ve known Bohomoon, I can’t help but always purchased jewellery from them. They have range of styles and not too expensive. I love them and wear them everyday!

I love the jewellery from Bohomoon. So many different pieces to suit all styles. The quality is really good and the customer service is excellent. I had one issue with a necklace and I was immediately offered credit or a replacement so was very impressed. Would highly recommend the jewellery from here.

Love this company! Gorgeous pieces for amazing prices and they last! I have a pair of earrings I’ve not taken off for over 6 months to shower or anything and they haven’t tarnished and are just as shiny as when I bought them! I had another pair I bought at the same time and unfortunately they have tarnished but the team were so helpful at getting back to me and sorting out the issue. Can’t recommend this company more! Ps their belly chains are gorgggg!

Between my daughter and I, we probably own around 15 items from Bohomoon - there was one occasion where my item didn't make it to Royal Mail and the team was so speedy in sending another one, I think it arrived within literally two days. One item had a tiny bit of tarnishing after around 7 months of wear and within a couple of emails with the team, a replacement was sent out. Literally cannot fault the customer service and haven't had a single issue with the rest of my items, I wear most of them every day and there has been no discolouration or the dreaded green skin marks! 100% recommend Bohomoon!

If you haven’t tried jewelry from Bohomoon, you’re missing out! The quality is absolutely amazing. They have a very wide selection of pieces from rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets. So many options to choose from. They have affordable prices and run a lot of sales. This is my favorite boutique to shop for jewelry! I recently had a necklace break that I purchased 3-4 months ago. I emailed them and they shipped me a new one. Excellent communication and customer service. I highly recommend Bohomoon for all of your jewelry needs. 💕

Have bought a few pieces now from Bohomoon, bracelets & earrings are my favourites. Have not been sure about ring sizing but great now they include the ring guide in the orders. Customer Service is first class, contact , speed of response and resolution to a query is excellent. Thank you ladies 🙂

Have been buying jewellery from them for about a year now and can’t fault them, my ears notoriously go green from cheaper items but since buying from BOHOMOON I haven’t had that problem at all, the quality is very good and they have a variety of designs depending on the occasion.
Even when I have had a slightly faulty earring they handled it wonderfully and resolved it straight away with no fuss!
I will continue to buy from them and would highly recommend to others!

I accidentally put the wrong postcode on my order and the team were kind enough to offer a refund when the parcel returned to sender. My parcel actually ended up being delivered and I’m so glad it did because the earrings I ordered are so pretty and amazing quality. Will be ordering again!!!

For someone who didn’t actually receive their order, I am shocked to write a 5-star review! But, the customer service I received was phenomenal - once my country finally sorts out its postal system I will definitely be ordering from here.
