Have used this company before for boiler parts and they provide an excellent service, fast and efficient. Would certainly recommend them and would, of course, use them again if my ancient boiler needs another part, which I am sure it will in the not too distant future.

I ordered a couple of parts I received them on time, I will use them again

Just what I wanted and delivered very fast. As this is an item that may become obsolete in the near future I will be placing another order very soon.

Most of my order for Ideal Boiler parts was in stock, packaged well and despatched quickly. One item was not in Stock, and I was contacted to see if I wanted to receive the available parts straight away and whether I wished to receive the balance of the parts when available. The main shipment arrived on time via DPD tracked delivery. Balance of the parts arrived by post about a week later, as agreed. Very satisfied.

Part required was quickly found and delivered on time and in good condition.

You had the parts I wanted in stock at a reasonable price. You despatched them immediately and I had them the next day, first class service.
