What a great stay home from home fantastic staff could not do enough,I aways measure the breakfast on the quality of the sausage and I was not let down👏👏 very high standard of room highly recommended

Our bill came to £196. We was recommended to go here by a family friend.
When we arrived there was around 2 other tables ( 4 people ) in the restaurant so it wasn’t full
The customer service was awful the waiter and waitress was flirting with each other behind the bar so waited 30 minutes to order drinks.
After we placed our drink and food order
Starters was nice but the mains clearly wasn’t fresh, we waited 40 minutes for our side dishes to come out we asked twice.
Time they came out we finished our main so did state we no longer wanted them. ( it was only 4 bowls of chips)
One of our family had the roast dinner which looked dried out and had been sitting there all day, which was that bad they couldn’t finish the food.
Considering it’s an award winning there nothing special about this place.
We asked to speak to the manager who was Jeanette who clearly wasn’t interested and wasn’t on planet earth saying that they are super busy which I would understand if the place was packed but there was literally 2 other tables ( 4 people 2 on each table )
She then explained how hard fries was to cook so this is why it took 40 minutes.
We paid our bill after lovely Jeanette was No help and will never go back to this dump!
