Visited the place several times. Some of the staff there were nice. However the male centre manager is very rude and unprofessional. No respect to child’s carer, regardless of child’s health situation. Quite emotional and aggressive manager. My child and I had a very terrible experience there. Lie in their report. And complain procedure is useless because nobody will reply you.
GET RID OF THE RUBBISH PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD!

Be careful when you go to them, it will cost you greatly emotionally as well as financially. Horrible, abusive people work there!! Terry is the worse and Dawn like to lie in court reports as to make her contact centre look better!! So They are so unprofessional and abusive Dawn and Terry.

This is a scam Contact Centre, untrained, abusive, rude, unhelpful staff, they like to lie in reports, they like to cause more damage into the family relationships. My visit was supervised by an untrained staff, who bullied me as she wanted the visit for herself and the child. The staff didn't want me there and she made it clear!!

I have written a complaint after being bullied by the staff during the visit, I had no replies for over 2 months, they like to ignore me. The report that went into court, it was full of lies just to protect themselves. They are there to cause problems instead of bringing families together.

I had supervised visits before in other contact centre where the experience was very good and professional. Bold Moves don't know what they are doing!!
