Extremely expensive and overpriced materials. After checking the documents, they charged me kr 1800 for a dimmer that costs kr 499... They charged me for 2 hours work and took them 40 min to do the job.

Sebastian the electrician assigned to us came on time and examed the problem very carefully . He explained the fault offered solutions and gave us the chance to decide with no pressure. The entire job was done in less that an hour . He was professional .

We had two really nice guys coming with ONE ladder to do the job of fitting 4 lamps, which could have been done in half the time if they both have them, so we could had added the extra tiny job to fix a small wall switch that is coming apart . Also would be great they cleaned after themselves. Other than that quite happy with the response to the call and service.

The job: 8 new LEDs with extra plastic O rings on 6 to cover ceiling holes upon removal of old halogens = 15000 NOK. Job was done without O rings first, they left quick after payment. Upon my inspection, I was not happy with holes in ceiling. They told me plastic O rings would be around 660 NOK extra - their labour was to be free of charge. Next morning, they charged me 2200NOK for 6 plastic O-rings to cover the holes (each costs 100 NOK in NO stores or 25 NOK on Teemu - we are talking plastic here).

Conclusion: SHOP AROUND to avoid getting ripped off by electricians charging 1000NOK per LED and 300NOK for a plastic O-ring on top of exorbitant entry free (650 NOK) and labour costs (1000NOK/hr) (all minus the added VAT..of course).

Did I mention the extensive cleaning of my floors to remove gypsum, bits of wire and insulation was done by me free of charge.. as they didnt have the quipment to do their intended cleaning as part of their service..

The electrician did a good job, and had a good feeling for how long he would need to finish.
