I don't think the sale tax rate should not be the same for "internet transaction" vs" at store", but since I got a free shipping I won't gripe too much about it.

Let me explained how I come to order your product. I had ordered a movie set from EBAY, thru one of their sellers, who didn't explained "regions" and being a senior I wasn't aware of "regions" so I contacted the seller, who never did answer my question- what was meant by "Regions", so therefore I was stuck with a product that couldn't be returned, I started research for a DVD play to use with "Regions" and your company came up. So far, I am vey pleased with your product and now I am able to watch the movies that I ordered for the Region. Thank you,

Amazingly quick free shipping on my region free dvd player. Only problem, they forget to send the converter plug. Good response, had it in a week. DVD player works great. Anyone can make a mistake, but they handled it well, so will order again in future.

1. These chaps are knowledgeable; and they offer honest, real-world advice. I spoke with 3 individuals, over some weeks, before I decided to spring for an Oppo 103-D. (Absolutely love the machine.)

2. Unlike typical high-volume vendors who are 'sales types', I was delighted (and relieved) to find I was dealing with gentlemen. The general attitude I sensed was: "We're here to help you; here are the facts; the choice is yours; we're not here to up-sell you on 'better' (read more expensive) stuff. We'll give you all the information you need; what you decide to purchase -- if you do -- is left to you."
