i did not receive my product

I purchased a DVD player from them years ago and it is still working. I think Bombay electronics is simply the best and when my DVD player finally fails, I will purchase another one from them. Mohamed who was the owner at that time was a pleasure to deal with and trust me the equipment you buy from them lasts YEARS!!! Thanks Bombay!!!

Love shopping with Bombay Electronics! I have bought a few blu ray players from them and they ship soon after ordering and in a day or two its at your door. Super fast and they guarantee what they sell. Great customer service as well. When I purchase another Oppo blu ray player they are the guy's getting my hard earned money. Extremely satisfied!!

A few years ago, I bought a DVD player from Bombay electronics. Delivery was prompt and the product received operates without problems. I called about a couple technical matters and received useful advice.

Always treated decently by customer service! The problems I have had are with the product line! I purchased a Sony region free Blu Ray players 4 yrs ago! After 1 month's time it would stop playing consistantly! Sent it in for repairs but sometimes the screen erratically goes blank! Can't figure out the problem to this present day!

One of two $350 220v--120V transformers defective, discovered after paid for move to Europe, customs duty, etc. Should have been verified before shipped to customer.

The person who worked with me on the phone (whose name I could never recognize) was very helpful thru the whole transaction and afterward when I had plenty of questions.

The DVD player I bought still had the previous customers info on it. The internet connection never worked either. Was told it was not return or exchange able.

Paypal complaint necessary and equipment does not work as specified.

I have ordered a Toshiba DVD player 3 years ago, it is still working well.

I was able to shop online at the Bombay Electronics website for all the 220 volts appliances that i needed for my house in Africa effortlessly and got real good bargains on great products.
