Horrible customer service

Horrible store UI ,on mobile during check out is impossible to use as it doubles the interface is one issue.
If you have any issues with items and/or orders the customer support and after sales does not reply

preogressively worse

They keep getting preogressively worse. They've always been slow at responding to inquiries. Now it seems they're outright ignoring people. I've been contacting through different avenues over the last 4 days-social media and two different emails they use. Nothing.

I'm simply looking to cancel my orders for points (used for credit towards purchases) and order a specific item and once it arrives (in good condition) to close my account. I'm doing this because not only am I fed up with the customer service, but selection of items has been very poor.

This feels like they're dragging their feet. They even harass you on their Facebook page when you're critical. My patience with them is done.

Great shopping experience!

I wanted to share my positive experience shopping with Bombusbee, since I was a bit hesitant at first about ordering from a new site. After receiving my order, I can confidently say my concerns were completely unfounded.

I ordered the FansToys FT-59 Sovereign Galvatron at the end of January. The ordering process was smooth, and I appreciated having multiple payment options—including PayPal, which gave me peace of mind. The price was also noticeably more competitive than other major online retailers—a pleasant surprise for such a high-demand figure.

The package arrived in about two and a half weeks, which I think is reasonable for international shipping. More importantly, the figure was packed with great care—bubble wrap and black corner protectors—and the collector's box arrived in perfect condition. As a collector who values packaging, that level of attention means a lot to me. I should mention that my first shipment went out via 4PX and went smoothly, but the second one was sent through Yanwen, and they lost the package. Bombusbee looked into it and sent me a replacement, which I really appreciated—though I'd suggest they stop using Yanwen.

Before purchasing, I had a pre-order question, and the customer service team responded within 24 hours with a clear and helpful answer. It's reassuring to know there's real support behind the site.

Overall, Bombusbee delivered exactly what was promised: authentic products, fair pricing, secure packaging, and reliable service. I've already placed a pre-order for an upcoming release and will definitely be a returning customer.

Good Shop but Terrible YANWEN!!!

A store that sells authentic action figures and Transformers toys. I’ve made several purchases and had a good experience overall—but the shipping has been a real headache. That said, I suppose it’s just part of cross-border logistics. I really hope BBB can find a better shipping partner and stop using Yanwen—I truly hate Yanwen!

After-sales service is also a bit slow, though they explained it’s handled by the brand, and February happened to be Chinese New Year. I heard they take about 20 days off for the holiday—is that true?

Email replies aren’t very fast either. It’s always Allen and Derek responding to my messages—don’t you have any other customer service staff handling emails?

False advertising and deceptive business practice.

Whoever runs Bombusbee is listing items as "In Stock"when the items are not in stock. Communication is poor to non existent and I have received nothing but excuses about when the item will ship or arrive to the warehouse. Between the deceptive business practices and outrageous shipping fees its a good idea to avoid this place.

Defective Item + No After-Sales Support — Buyer Protection Intentionally Run Out

I received a figure with a defective LED that did not work upon arrival.

I immediately followed Bombusbee’s instructions and submitted a replacement request, then waited as advised.

Over 40 days have passed with absolutely no response, no update, and no follow-up from their support team, despite multiple attempts to contact them.

This delay conveniently caused all third-party buyer protection windows to expire, leaving the customer with no recourse. This is not an accident — it reflects extremely poor after-sales practices.

Selling premium collectibles while ignoring defective item cases is unacceptable. If a product arrives damaged and the seller simply disappears, that is not customer service — it is negligence.

Buyers should be extremely cautious, especially if you are asked to use payment methods with limited or no protection. Once your money is sent, Bombusbee offers no meaningful support when something goes wrong.

I strongly advise collectors to reconsider purchasing from this store unless you are willing to accept the risk of receiving defective items with no after-sales accountability.

Lastly, I am not saying a cheap figure, it cost me a hundred dollar.

First command and nothing to say

First time that I buy on this site. I was not sure if it was legit because I didn't see a lot of reviews apart on instagram and youtube. I got my figure in perfect condition and the package was well packaged. Now I will preorder maybe more often
