If I could give this company a 0. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Like everyone else, I contacted them after receiving two dresses that I paid $140 au. They were cheap, plastic looking and did not at all resemble the quality of the webpage.
When I asked to return, they offered 10% refund and asked me to try and avoid a carbon footprint of returning the items to China. When I insisted, I was told that it would cost me 30€ to return. And offered me a %30 refund. I will now be reporting to nsw fair trading

Like most reviewers on this page, I wish I'd read them first! Appalling quality, slow shipping time, sizing totally out and product has to be shipped back to China for a refund. They offered me a refund of 10% and I could keep the item!! The item can't even be worn. DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!

DONT ORDER FROM THEM! Disgusting all round. Still haven’t got my delivery 5 weeks later. No communication, horrible customer service, No courier contact. Categorically the WORST buying experience ever.

i wish i would have read the reviews before i purchased the dress, like all the others the colour was totally different and every raw edge was overlocked, very cheap and then they offered to offer me 30% off for customer satisfaction not a full refund? i didnt even take the dress out of the packet as you could see how bad the quality was. Yes the are in China no affiliation to Australia

The worst company ever. You need to wait more than 4 weeks the the clothes to arrive. Very misleading they say it’s from Australia but it’s from china. The fabric is horrible and nothing like the picture. Will never order from them again. No wonder why they are closing down😡😡😡😡😡

The dress i received totally different to the photo on their website. Colour, type of material, quality is bad.

Bondi Boutique is fake and misleading. They pretend to be an Australian business but their store is in China. I want to return the dress because it is of poor quality and they are asking for EUR14.95 for me to send it back to China. That's equivalent to AU$25. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Waited 4 weeks for delivery. Item didn’t fit & now must be returned to china / at my cost bc they don’t have it in Australia.
Would not recommend ordering from this company.

The worst seller I’ve ever dealt with.

After a long wait, I received the package, which included ordered items of poor quality that didn't resemble the photos on their misleading website. Bondi Boutique is a fake name; their store is in China. If you're not satisfied with the product, they will ask you to send it back to China.

In summary, it’s a dodgy website. Don’t buy anything from this store!

Dress I received was totally different from photo shown on website. Not made in Australia as claimed but in China😡
Fabric was stiff & not flowing as shown. No lining. These companies should be banned from selling bad quality dresses & accountable for being deceitful.
Buyers beware. Do not buy from this site. You will be very disappointed😖

I bought a dress which took a long time to arrive and when it did it was not the colour they advertised, it was terrible quality and was nothing like the photo
The name is misleading - it is based in China not Australia
They should be taken down for false advertising

Very dodgy site. It took almost 3 weeks for dress to arrive. The dress that I received was very poor quality, not at all the dress that was displayed on their website. The name Bondi Boutique is also misleading as their warehouse is in China, which will make returns a lot harder.
I managed to get my money back as I filed a report with my bank!

Pretty sure this is the same dodgy company as Grace Bags. Using similar words ie closing down after 38 years, handmade with care etc. Same photo of a grey haired lady and same bags. I got stung and l'm warning you all. My bag was really bad plastic, stunk, and company just offers you a discount so you're still out of pocket. Luckily my bank did an investigation and l got my money back. Please be very wary if you order from this company

SHOCKING, MATERIAL CRAP, 5 WEEKS TO ARRIVE, SAYING NO REFUNDS ONLY CREDITS EVEN THOUGH 1 DRESS IS DAMAGED AND ONE IS UNWEARBALE DUE TO THIN VILE FABRIC, WILL BE REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES.
