Ordered a Bonesteel arms pistol brace. It took over a month to arrive. The product is probably the best folding brace in the market at this time and it was definitely worth the wait. If you don’t mind the wait and insist on top notch quality , consider this business.
Although communication was not the greatest, I ordered a product from the website and after several days called to get an ETA and was notified the product had already shipped. I received the product several days later without any issues.
I ordered a new rifle stock from bonesteel arms and over two weeks later i do not have any tracking number or any email telling me my stock is on backorder,zero communication. They were quick to charge my credit card thats for sure. I have tried to email them with two different email addresses and i tried to call them, i even emailed their suppliers cnc warrior all to no avail. Save your money and spend it with a reputable online company. Next week i will be contacting my credit card company and have them reverse the charges.
