Dirty cotton

The cotton was covered in thousands of bits of darker colored straw or Sacking material, in the weave almost. I had to use a lens to be sure it wasn’t small insects. A wash didn’t remove it

0 stars - DO NOT bother to order

0 stars if I could give to this shop. I made a mistake and did not check the customer service reviews. This shops sucks big time. Order placed over 3 weeks ago, no shipment confirmation, no notification about delivery date. I contacted the customer service, no answer. The order confirmation email comes for form BS Shopify respond address - email is not deliverable. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this service. DO NOT recommend.

AVOID

My first order with this company was OK, took ages and got stung for customs on delivery but the 2x sweaters were good. Second order placed in July this year never got dispatched. I have chased multiple times for an update and then started requesting a refund but my emails all get ignored. It's been over 5 months now.

Absolutely disappointing


My experience with Bonjourben has been disappointing. After making a purchase, I did not receive the items. I tried reaching out through various channels, including social media, but received no response. Due to this, I have requested a refund via PayPal.

I noticed on Trustpilot that others have faced similar issues, suggesting that customer service might not be a priority for Bonjourben. I would advise others to be cautious. While I hope for improvements, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at this time.

I’ve been waiting for almost 4 weeks for my order. I’ve repeatedly requested a cancellation and a refund, but no response, no money, no product. Don’t order from them under any circumstances!

Bonjour Ben is a total scam

They never send your order. They never reply to any contact either via their uselessly named email support at bonjourben.com ?? or instagram (which they read the messages and ignore) -(also they have blocked customers comments on Instagram due to the high level of angry customers) or FB too same issue. They just steal your money and have no value to customers or business. This is fraud! Luckily PayPal supported and got my money back. Absolute disgrace. Such a let down as the product used to be really amazing. Now they just steal from you. Own up! Ordered in August still no reply and no delivery!

I am seriously concerned

I am seriously concerned. Ordered 5 weeks ago (value 250+ Euros), sporadic customer support responses that the order hasn’t been shipped yet. All comments on social media Instagram profile have been deactivated.

ghost company

I'm very sorry but something is wrong with this company. It's like the company is closed and someone is doing marketing for fun. I wanted to give my partner a sweater but I had to give up because the package never arrived home. (2 months waiting for it) and their customer service is a bot that always tells you that you will receive an email when they ship the package. Fortunately I was able to claim via bank and they returned my money.

I wish I’d read the reviews here first

I wish I’d read the reviews here first. Almost 1 month with no update on the delivery- just an automated email -in German - when I’ve chased for an update telling me I’ll be notified when it’s dispatched. It’s a beautiful looking brand that will sadly never cross over to the mainstream uk market if it keeps treating its new customers like this - leaving the faux French slogan T-shirts and accessories firms to make all the money they could have if they had their act together. I am beyond disappointed- I would have been a repeat customer with the style notes and design of their clothes but I can’t risk the ££ not coming back to me. Will give them until 1 month past the original order date then raise a dispute with my bank. A disappointing experience with what looked like (but is seemingly not) a classy brand.

The comment section on IG is switched off, probably there is a reason for that. I read on FB that many people are waiting for their order for weeks or months already.

DO NOT BUY from Bonjour Ben

DO NOT BUY from Bonjour Ben. I placed a rather large order over 6 weeks ago. I have not received the items, sent several emails and instagram messages to say that i wish to cancel my order and get a refund. I only receive the same automated email back. No refund, no products. Rip off company, I am thinking of taking legal action.

3 months wait - no answer - no refund

I ordered a sweatshirt on the 02.02.2024 and never received it. The service client is not answering at all, no reimbustment and my order is still not executed and I have no visibility. Keep saying "we had troubles but it is getting better, you will receive your order in 2 weeks... never again !!!

After 7 weeks order is still not it, no reimbursement

I order 2 pieces: the sweatshirt arrived in 3 weeks, after I’ve asked about it 1x. My usual size is “M” so I ordered this size from the non sweatshirt but the size was strange: the sleeves were too long. I returned it 2 weeks ago for 15 € (no return labels) still no reimbursement! I have never received the 2nd part of my order, it’s been 7 weeks now! The customer service is simply not answering and not available!!! Never ever again!

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered over a month ago, have never received my goods or tracking information and the customer service hasn’t gotten back to me since February 13 even though I’ve tried to reach them to cancel my order several times. Not trustworthy at all!
