Been buying takeaway from them from the beginning.
Food always excellent. But my last order the Biryani is now in a plastic lid tub usually meant for curries. Normally comes in a carton which can breath . The rice was really crushed and became soggy, I hope this is just a mistake by one of the chefs.
Very good as usual.

I have been visiting this restaurant for the last 6 years and honestly it's the best Indian food I've ever had dining out. The black Dahl is almost at my Granny's level (my gran's cooking is out of this world btw). I highly recommend the Railway Lamb Curry and Chicken Lollipops; The tapas portions are just right and great value for money. The drinks are reasonable priced too, the Rum Ki Handi cocktail is definitely my favourite drink on the menu by far.
The restaurant itself is decorated beautifully and has a real cosy feel to it. The overall ambience of the place is relaxed & chilled.
The staff are attentive and polite. Overall if I could give six stars I would as this place is a true diamond. Can't wait for my next visit!

Woooow is the first thing I NEED to say. I was told by management that this would be the best curry I have ever taste, after eating I really understand why I was told this! Bonoo has left me wanting more! Now I wish I didn’t eat it that fast but it was that good !

Everything about bonoo is 10/10 from the look of the restaurant , Friendly and welcoming staff and let me not forget the amazing food! Take my advise and go to bonoo.

We had a bad experience! Me and my partner chose this restaurant based on the amazing reviews. Now i’m wondering where those reviews came from and if they are even genuine!
To start with poppadoms were stale, the lamb chops were extremely dry, the chicken butter was inedible, lamb curry was stringy and dry and lacked flavour, masala chips were drenched in oil and the fresh mango lassi was unpalatable. We left more than half of our food and wanted to be out. We left feeling so disappointed and hungry. I wouldn’t class this restaurant as an authentic Indian restaurant as we could barely taste any spice, heat or flavour in any of the dishes. Furthermore, their attitude when challenged with complaint of the food is not professional. You are charging Mayfair prices and have all those positive reviews which make no sense at all because the food served is disastrous.

Indian food with a twist , most definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in london … I keep going back for more :-)

The staff are truly shocking and watch and enable rude, aggressive and intimidating behaviour from their delivery drivers who shouldn't have been parked where they were (blocking a pedestrian crossing.) Will never be ordering from them again.

Came here following a recommendation from a friend and we were not disappointed. Great flavours and exceptional customer service - especially catering for our children and making them feel welcome. Every item we ordered was superb but we especially loved the lamb chops and aloo firecracker. Chicken lollipops were brilliant albeit a bit spicier than we anticipated. Found the portions to be as expected for a tapas type serving (although £6 for the poppodums was a bit on the high end for what it was) and would have loved to try more if we could. Will definitely be returning.

Customer service was amazing, but the prices are unjustifiable… we ordered not that much food and it came to £75… I was shocked by the starters especially, for two vegetarian samosas it cost £8, and for a few pieces of popadoms it was £6… why are we paying Mayfair prices for a small Indian restaurant? Please lower prices for more customers, then I shall spread the word and I’ll come back .

The best Indian food I’ve ever had, nothing else comes close. And the tapas style means you get to try a few different dishes, all of which were fantastic. Really friendly staff and everything came out really quick.

Oily, salty and over priced!!! Better off with a supermarket ready meal, at least you get what you paid for.

I can't explain how delicious the food is and how lovely the service is. It's traditional depth of flavour meets with so many lovely and sophisticated surprises. The ingredients are super high quality, and the creativity and cooking skill just transforms them into something exceptional. We love it.

Bonoo is probably the finest Indian Restaurant in the UK! It is NOT the usual indian food - it serves Tapas type which very special and all food - is freshly cooked on site by superb chefs. Each original dish is mouth watering terrific and everyone we have introduced Bonoo too has reported that they have never eaten such amazing and tasty food. The staff are very attentive and personable and the only hesitation i have in recommending Bonoo so highly is that it may become to fully booked. By the way i have no connection with Bonoo - just appreciate a fantastic dining experience.
