DO NOT ORDER FROM BONSONI - I placed my order on Dec. 30 and they stated a delivery date between Jan. 14 and Jan. 21. Other than my order confirmation and a notification that my order has been dispatched I did not receive any tracking information or details. I have tried calling but the automated system does not allow me to connect and talk to anyone it only gives a message to email any requests. I have emailed several times and never received any responses. It's a black hole that takes your money and then best of luck. Still no furniture and no response.

Really love the handmade sideboard we ordered. We searched for a long time on various furniture stores and online and found the Bonsoni.com website. This was my first ever purchase with them, will be back for sure.

The console tables I ordered are gorgeous and excellent quality, better than expected. It arrived quickly on time. Each console tables was well packaged and better than the photos.

Order process was very quick and all in all I am impressed by the level of the service we received. Overall we are very happy.

We love the bedroom set wardrobe, chest of drawers and the side table. Also good quality. A couple of the pieces were damaged during transit but as it was on the back nobody could see. Therefore we just kept it. Will be back for living room furniture.

We loved the Mirror we ordered. It was well packaged to avoid damages. The quality is also great! Quietly hanging on the living room. Took around 3 weeks from ordering to delivery. Will back for more.

Couldn't have asked for a better service. After researching most of the high street stores, we decided to go for the Bonsoni Baudouin Sideboard. 2 weeks after ordering and a few emails and texts advising on progress and delivery dates, including the 1 hour away phone call by the driver, the Bonsoni sideboard has arrived and it was beautiful to look at!..... I thought an excellent touch was the delivery guy was very friendly and polite. He asked which room we wanted the sideboard (it was dining room), and he took the box there. I've had deliveries left on the outside of the front door! The sideboard looked unique and better quality than we expected. Storage draws and the inner spaces are definitely are of good use! Really pleased with the service and the purchase, hope to complete the whole range very soon!

My bedroom set arrived before expected delivery date and the time slot was given by the delivery company was accurate with the driver calling ahead to let me know when he'd be arriving. All of the items are perfect, great value for money just what I was looking for. Would use bonsoni again and I definitely recommend them!

I usually don't leave reviews but this is the 3rd time I purchased something from Bonsoni.com. The first time I bought an office chair. Then went back to buy other furniture to setup my home office. The quality of all items were fantastic and the delivery was quick too. Very happy with the transactions.
